I had a comfortable stay and it was good value for the price

Cheap but excellent stop for a night out in Norwich.

Stayed here when attending a gig at the Waterfront. The location was perfect. Short walk from the station. Equally, a short walk from town. Checking in was very quick and easy. Yes, the room could do with a bit of TLC. However, in many ways it exceeded my expectations. Brunch bars and boxes of OJ were a nice treat. The bathroom was small, but the facilities were excellent.

Best to bring some earplugs as noise did travel from the corridors and other rooms.

Location is great 👍 right next to station. It’s a budget hotel. Beds are comfy and clean staff friendly. Hotel is tired but accommodating. Nothing matches . Towels and sheets are clean . There’s tea coffee and snacks . It’s no frills . We have used this hotel on many occasions.

A Place to Crash After a Night Out

Close to City Centre, friendly staff who helped us on arrival with parking queries etc. Didn't use other facilities, for the price we paid we got what we expected.

It's a bit dated and in need of some repairs/replacements. Some of curtains were ripped for example. You get what you pay for so not unexpected.

A really nice medium size hotel, that had everything needed !

We were here for just one night and it suited our needs perfectly! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Just five minutes walk to the railway station and not much further to the city centre. Although the breakfast was vegetarian (I’m not) but it was really very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and will definitely be going back!

Five night stay

Revado Hotel is situated in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the train station. However it's on a busy bus route to city centre which is convenient. The staff at the hotel are helpful and very polite. The cleaners are great and clean to a high standard. The facilities are reasonable and satisfactory,also plenty of room in hotel rooms.

The only negative experience of our stay was an uncomfortable bed may the mattress needs renewing and more pillows in the room. Other then this everything else met our requirements.

Room had slanted ceilings so you couldn’t stand next to the the bed so slammed my head multiple times. There was only a mirror in the bathroom which is not great for getting ready. Bed was hard so if you struggle with hard mattresses don’t stay there. They tell you there’s parking but it’s permits and only ok from certain times so unless you’re getting there late and leaving early then there’s not parking.

There was a strong smell of perfumed cleaning staff which affected my daughter’s asthma but the smell had gone by the time we got back at night.

For one night we were very comfortable, evrn better then one night stays we’ve had at Travelodge and premier inn.

Very well located to what and where we needed. The mattress on the bed was lovely and comfortable.

The towel rack in the bathroom of the room was broken and the shower door while shut wasn’t level so while the bottom was closed there was a gap open at the top of the door. Bed pillows while looking quite plump weren’t as comfortable as we imagined but then that’s just our personal preference to have more plumper pillows.

Norwich is an awesome place. The room was large and the effort put into prepping the room was high. I felt really valued and looked after here

It was hot…. The room was in the sun when I arrived and even though the curtains were drawn, the room was boiling. I opened the windows and went out, but still had a sticky nights sleep
