Convenient, clean, friendly staff and good restaurant.

Location ideal for attending Norwich FC. We are regulars for night matches and hotel is mega convenient.

Pillows are a little hard but that is a personal preference to request softer.

Been here a few times wow how it has deteriorated heating system not working properly noisy shower head kept falling it really is not worth the £182 that was paid bed breakfast and 2 drinks at the bar plus parking I mentioned the problem to the receptionist who really did not care .

A comfortable hotel in a convenient location

The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking Norwich City Football Stadium, and has dedicated car parking in a corner of the stadium car park. It is also walkable from Norwich Station. We had a large room with a large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff were very friendly.

Was very hot. And very noisy with the window open. Bath room floor very slippy not just when wet. Carpet all so seemed to have like polish on it so u slipped.

Busy hotel

Large double beds and a good shower. Bar food and breakfast were good.

One lift was out of action on a busy weekend. Long waits at the lift. We were on the 1st floor but couldn't find the stairs which was worrying. The fire escape did not lead to the ground floor but into a service area so we couldn't use it in non emergency The hotel is right next to the football stadium. It was not near the old city centre, we had to get buses which were hard to find.

Ok, but stayed in better

Location and overall hotel facilities are great with a nice bar and entrace area.

Required a room swap as first room had a broken window that wouldnt close properly making it very drafty and cold. The second room was better but still fairly cold even with the noisy heating turned up. The room in general is a little tired looking and areas such as the bathrooms particularly need attention with mouldy sealant.

Unfortunately our room was really cold, the heating system didnt seem to work but reception were brilliant at trying to rectify the situation and we were happy for the customer service they provided

Very disappointing

Really disappointing the room was on the first floor but next to the main road and from 6am on all I could hear was the cars going by. Also when we arrived the room was freezing! The window was letting in a big draft.

Room wasn't very warm.could’nt turn the heating up. Hairdryer was useless -cord was attached to drawer and so short that it didn't reach the mirror or to hold it to the top of your head to dry your hair!!

Enjoyable few days with work colleagues for Xmas Party at Carrow Road.

Good location for events at Carrow Road and train station. Comfortable room.

Not sure it was the hotels fault but we had complications with booking.com, misleading information from Booking.com with missed breakfasts on two of the three rooms and the hotel thinking one room was for one night only when all three were for two nights. Added extra cost and anxiety to the break.

Pleasant staff, good room, good location.

The size of the room is nice and big, not claustrophobic at all. The plugs next to the bed are greatly appreciated. The work desk was large and well built, lots of space for doing work. Nice mirror and sink area in the bathroom, with magnifying mirror on foldout arm and good lighting.

The floor lamp was a bit odd to turn on, albeit not much of an issue: the lighting in the room is sufficient even without the floor lamp. The body-wash pump bottle in the shower was not working or empty. Ended up using the body-wash next to the sink.

Budget hotel....superior quality.

Very very impressed with this hotel. From arrival we noticed how clean and welcoming it was. Our room was very spacious with 2 double beds , bathroom spotless with good quality toiletries. Very quiet too. Breakfast was exceptional, such a choice ranging from cereals, fruit and yoghurts, hams and cheeses, full English,. great quality bread, including a whole range of gluten free choices. All of the staff were polite and helpful. Have stayed in many hotels and although this is a budget hotel it is easily as good as some High end one's we've stayed in. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable, but I the evening meal was disappointing.

Staff were excellent and helpful. The room was good and breakfast enjoyable. The location was perfect for our visit.

The evening meal was not up to scratch. My partner had fish and chips, whilst the fish was okay, the peas were cold and the chip undercooked and hard. My pizza was also slightly undercooked and we both left half of our meals.
