We were heading to a birthday party later that night but decided to head to restaurant for a sandwich as light bites were available till 6pm according to menu. We arrived just after 5pm but were informed we couldn’t have it and would need to choose something else. Not a massive issue but why advertise if you can’t come through with the promise.

Big room and nice breakfast but some issues as well
We had a spacious room that fit us all perfectly (two adults, two children and a dog). Check-in was quick and seamless. The breakfast was good. The hotel is dog friendly which was a must in our situation.
When I tried to have a shower in the evening, water was lukewarm (the kids were asleep so I didn't raise it at the time). There was a green dim light at the entrance which was interfering with our sleep. A keyed door was next to our room so every guest going in and out was opening it to get into the common area or into the rooms area and each time we could hear a bang.
