Location good + price reasonable
Tv in room 12. Not working well. Remote control worn out batteries maybe ? Reception closes very early. So does bar. More like a part time hotel and it has gone down hill. time

Cheap guest house. - Not so nice
The internet access. Furniture ok.
Cramped room. No fridge. Doors have awkward jam lock. Easy to get locked out. Rooms cold. Was told heaters were on timers. No plug in heaters available. Cleaners ok. Reception staff not friendly / borderline rude. .

Was fine just needed somewhere to sleep as I visit family in Dumfries. Price is good value
The rooms are basic but got what you need in them and are clean
I was a bit disappointed I never got breakfast this time as always have done when stayed previously. Shame as breakfast was always lovely
