We had room 45. The very bright lights were left on outside the room all night with no way to switch off or to close the outside blind. As a result I had no sleep.

Dated room, dirty bathroom, yellow marks on the bath and shower curtain, dirt under the bed, sticky desk and light switches, not a pleasant stay. The staff however was nice, but facilities need cleaning. Also not a lot of food options around on a Sunday. Only McDonald and kfc near by.

Perfect for a short break.

The location was perfect for catching the ferry the following morning. The room was clean and comfortable in a quiet location. It was a real bonus to have parking on site. The member of staff was very polite and helpful and the madeleines were a nice touch.

The pillows were a little hard and the towels could have been larger. The opportunity of an evening meal would have been nice.

It’s only 15 minutes from the ferry terminal so was great for resting after a long journey and getting to an early ferry the next day. Parking was available right in front of our room. There was a large supermarket just a short drive away and I would recommend the Royal Wok restaurant, which is walking distance from the hotel.

Exceptional Stay

The man on Reception was very personable and 'clued up' regarding our needs and pertinent information. The room was amazing for the price we paid and the hotel will certainly be on our list of preferred stop-overs (we use the ferry at least six times a year).

Pleasant, clean, comfortable and quiet with car parking next to us.

Breakfast was a generous hot and cold buffet with a wide choice of food. The surroundings were so peaceful and pleasant, grassy and with trees and shrubs

We didn't dislike anything really, the rooms are not large but adequate for two people (and a large dog) for a few nights.

Good value for an overnight stay.

We used this property as we were arriving on the late Brittany Ferries boat from Portsmouth and it was only a few minutes’ drive away. The ferry was delayed and when I spoke to the receptionist he helpfully explained the procedure for accessing the room if we arrived after 11pm. This was the ideal room for an overnight stay before we headed off to our holiday destination. Clean, really comfortable bed and great breakfast at a good price. Very happy.

Value for Money

It was located in a perfect location for my trip towards Le Havre, this was a stop over for us. It is located closed to a super market and 10min drive to the city centre. very calm and nice location. Perfect for a couple. The staffs are very friendly. Free Parking and Clean Rooms

Pillows - I am not sure of the pillow choices as I noted most of the French hotels are with tiny pillows which made it sightly uncomfortable but then its a value for money hotel compared to other hotels around this location. I would recommend a standard size pillows. The breakfast is quite standard.
