it wasn’t the best experience someone could wish for. defenetly wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

the outdoor facilities are nice, pool gym etc… but you don’t get service on pool like ordering a refreshing drink

the set check in of this hotel is at 17h, we reached at 14h and didn’t get the room till 17h 30 we dragged the bags to the second building in the hotel (10 min walk crossing a bridge) to find out when we entered that the room is not ready pillow and bed sheets on the ground and still dirty, we walked back to reception so they decided to give us another room but this time in another building so we had to walk back grab our bags and drag them again back to the second building. Hotel staff didn’t offer to help with the bags and they were not friendly in the treatment. we finally got our room at 18hrs, shower cords are broken and the air conditioning don’t work properly but we decided to settle in as we had enough of moving and we already missed half a day on the city visit we planned.

I reserved a room with big bed and when I checked in there were 2 small bed close to each other with one big bed sheet wrapped on it. I paid 150€ for a night to sleep on such kind of bed.

the main restaurante , food was good and the staff there was nice !

our room was not on the main building but on another building , the pool there was not working and reception was closed , travel cot left on left on main floor , next to a corridor … abandoned look place !

Reasonable hotel for the price.

Comfortable bed, good size room, quiet. Good breakfast - but this was chargeable extra. Bar and restaurant staff were pleasant. The monorail between the two sites was quirky.

The hotel was a little tired and unloved especially in the annexe, but the price was reasonable so maybe to be expected. Limited toiletries in the bathroom - no shampoo, you could not attach the shower head to the wall which was very awkard. Off-hand reception staff.

Basically didn't like anything expect for one reception! The tall lady very nice and all the rest of the reception was horrible 😕 🙄

1st. Checking in! No good afternoon nor anything from the reception, they where all rude. Nobody speak English at all, I need to do a Google translate 😅 2nd. We check in on another building that look abandoned! Upon entering the room there where spider web every where, it wasn't vacuum, bathroom is disgusting, airco not working. I was so done, ofcourse I'm going to complaint. Went back to Reception to have a room change and they say full booked? After 30mins of complaining they decided to give a free upgrade on a bigger room, which also very dirty stain on the wall etc, name all the dirty stuff you can think !!!! 3rd. I wouldn't recommend this hotel!!
