Shabby

Location

It’s very shabby and rather grubby. Look like cigarette burns in bed cover. Sheets scratchy. No hairdryer- asked but it appears they have 1 for the whole hotel and it hadn’t been returned- not good in December! Needs a full refurb!

noisy, poor facilities in need of an update

Clean sheets. Room temperature good.

small, thin, hard towels. shower curtain not working (stuck at half way). toilet seat cracked. An extremely noisy couple of nights- you could hear everything! Finally went quiet around 12 then Banging/slamming and shouting at 2am- slept no more than 2 hours at a time.

The staff, especially the American girl on reception, who was really helpful and relocated us into the ground floor to make it easier for because we had a dog, without us even asking

Clean, good bed

Was very cold and the heater wasn’t working, no extra blankets. Wi-Fi connection was poor enough to send some photos.Would be nice to have a tea kettler. Breakfast only with sweet snacks (at least there’s McDo nearby)

I was not happy because People at the reception they can't speak English that was not good enough I call at the reception to ask for the location know one helped me so I have to ask people's on the road to give me directions

To be honest, I was expecting a bit better room/facilities after using an hotel from the same chain in Le Havre. But the place is looking motels like in american movies, a place next the the roadway with very basic facilities. Well, it’s OK for the money. The room is tiny and the bathroom too. The good thing is that it’s easy to access Deauville&Trouville by car. Next to it there is McDonald’s and many supermarkets, good for backpackers ;P

Rooms are tiny, no air, bathroom is tiny no comfort at all. Towels smelt like sweat. Bed sheets where dirty as if someone had stood on them.

place is good location to go deauville and there is everything you need restaurant market like carrefour.

Easy to find, cleanliness, good bed, adequate breakfast at just price.

At first they tried to charge me more than the price agreed throug Booking, I had to argue in order to pay the right price. No bathroom mat, no plates at breakfast, no courtesy.

Disappointing

The hotel was clean, close to McDonald’s, however quite far from Deauville & Trouville if walking. Free parking near the hotel.

The room is very small, we had a feeling that we were in the compartment of the train. What disappointed us was a poor breakfast (no cheese, no even boiled eggs) in a cramp room with lots of people. What about distancing during COVID times?
