Friendly and helpful staff. Really calm and soft atmosphere. The breakfast was really a good deal.

The rooms where small and it was quite a distance to Trouville and Deauville if you don't have a car or a bicycle but still, the price was low, so that's understandable.

Late check-in was quite simple. Free parking a big bonus.

The few moments that we ran into the clerk at the front desk, doing random non-front desk duties, she seemed a bit stand-offish and abrupt. Although we didn't require anything specific from her, a smile would have been nice.

very comfortable room quite small but certainly enough bath, sink and toilets are separated with a curtain from the room (beds) - the only problem is that the bath glass door is transparent very good breakfast

the transparent bath door location is good if you want to visit Deauville and have a car - it's not really a walking distance from the town

This property is a bit far off from the main town. For tourist without cars its quite a walk. The breakfast menu is fairly OK for the price € 7.5

Rooms are very small. Bathroom and toilet is like the ones on trains. Could be better. Checkin proces is via a machine and no human touch

The staff . He was horrible, abusive & so unkind .he refused to let us in & canceled our reservation. Still done know if our € was refunded or not . We had to sleep in our truck in the parking lot . Would never ever go back or recommend them.

We had what was needed for staying two days, reception was very friendly. I wouldn’t stay there again - not to my liking

Deauville is expensive. I like the beach, staff was friendly, air condition ok. room was very basic. If I go to Deauville ever again I might go camping- this was maybe what you can get for a reasonable price but I didn’t like it. Breakfast was ok with fresh bread, Coffey was good. jam, yogurt etc in separate small packages like in the store.

I can not stand a mattress with plastic on it (and not looking nice under the plastic).

only one pillow per serson and very thin bed hard - wouldn't be able to stay more than 1-2 nights only 2 sockets and no usb charge points

The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. Overall it is a very good place to stay and I would recommend to other people.

The painters and maintenance guys were working while we stayed at the hotel and they worked close to our window and as we were on the ground floor it was a bit annoying for our peace. Probably it would have been better for us not to be on the ground floor while the workers are there.
