Old studio for overpriced cost.

The Residence Les Embruns is really well located: 10 minutes by walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the centre and to the two racecourses of Deauville and Clairfontaine, so despite the low ratings I decided to give it a go. The wi-fi connection was strong.

The studio needs some sort of rennovation as everything looks old, it doesn’t feel like being on holiday. Commication via the booking.com chat doesn’t work as I ask for parking reservation and according to the front desk they haven’t received any message from me. It looks an overall sad place which I cannot recommend especially considering the huge prices. You also have to pay € 200.- deposit at the arrival which will be refunded at your departure prior to a check of the condition of the studio. If you manage to book a parking place (I couldn’t because was sold out) it will cost € 50 per week.

On my arrival the entrance was ok. I booked on recommendation of a friend. I was surprised there was no staff there to book me in. I hadn’t read how the residence worked.

The smell of the stairs and corridors was most off putting. To be honest those areas were unpleasant to walk through. The rooms were satisfactory. But I wouldn’t ever take my wife to these properties.

perfect! 5 min to the beach and 5 min to big supermarket. Quiet and you do have your privacy. I travelled with my husband and 2 kids - 6 and 2 year old. beach is perfect but not many restaurants around but if you don't mind to cook huge supermarket is just around.i definitely want to be back

Une chambre qui m'as coûté 600€ de trop...

La proximité de la plage et du Carrefour Market c'est a la limite les seules qualités du logement

UN PRIX EXORBITANT POUR CE QUE C'EST !! Payer le pris d'un voyage tout compris de 7 jours dans un hôtel 5 étoile au Maroc pour des locaux d'aussi bas étage... L'état de la chambre initialement notre que nous avons demandé à changer en raison de divers problème, les traces de saleté dans la cuisine, la peinture decrepie, mais surtout la baignoire qui présentais un danger de se blesser au niveau de la baignoire et une aération bien trop poussiéreuse De plus, les photos présentées sur le site montre un endroit qui vend bien plus de rêve que cette chambre m'en aura réellement offerte... Ne vous attendez pas aux cygne en serviette en arrivant ils ne le font pas, le lit double est un clic clac, et si vous avez de la chance, vous aurez droit à au moins une chambre propre.

Rue très passante très bruyante avec les voitures motos à toute heure donc il faut fermer la fenêtre pour dormir. Parking payant 10 euros par jour. Cuisine équipée en hauteur pas pratique pour moi pour attraper même les couverts sur la pointe des pieds et dans le micro ondes. Baignoire haute à enjamber ne convient pas à tout le monde.

Semaine agréable.

Plutôt bien située, la résidence est à 10 minutes de la mer, 15 minutes d'y centre-ville et 25 minutes de la gare (un peu loin). Avoir un extérieur est un plus, pour avoir le soleil le matin. Il y a des rangements et assez de vaisselle. Une cafetière filtre ou à capsule (Cela n'étant pas précisé dans la description).

Le canapé n'etant pas confortable, nous avons laissé le lit déplié tous le temps du séjour. La salle de bain est un peu sombre, petite, il n'y a pas de prise électrique et la baignoire n'est pas pratique et abîmée.

Manque de propreté. Le bois était sal des moustiques écrasés dans la salle de bain et les murs sont noirs dans la salle de bain aussi. Ca manque vraiment d'entretien et de propreté.
