Amazing place

Clean and really nice place facilities all worked and TV was great also easy to check in. Heating was superb

Sofa bed and the living room kinda needs some work i didn’t like that it moves when you seat on it for too long. Also check in time is 3:30 and that’s pretty late and I think unfair that’s the only reasons I didn’t give them a 10.

We found the apartment very inviting and can't way to go back again.

The apartment was immaculately clean and very well appointed with basic supplies for cooking. The beds and lounge were very comfortable and it was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer. The location was great, very central to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

While there was a folder with compliance reports etc it would have been helpful to have some general information about key features of the apartment, such as how the heating works.

Lovely apartment, safe, cosy and nicely designed. Bed is super comfy. Large TV and sofa. Large shower, soft towels.

No dishwasher in this one, which was a shame as there is room. Need some smaller oven trays. There are some huge ones, but nothing for cooking for one.

Fabulous apartment close to the centre of Falkirk

We were in the ground floor but some of our family members were in the upper floors and this would have proved difficult with the stairs for my elderly mother

Great place to stay very close to the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel and grocery shops

Huge apartment and very comfortable beds. It had everything we needed

An instruction book would have been useful to let us know what to do with rubbish. Did it need sorting for recycling and did the host want us to go put our refuse in the outside bins before we left?.

Family break

Beautiful, well equipped apartments that are spotlessly clean and well maintained. What makes the apartments special is the outside area which is perfect for dining, relaxing and few drinks under the stars. The grandchildren loved running around in the safety of a secure garden. I had an issue that was resolved quickly and thoroughly with the host, great customer service.

Good place to stay

Good location within walking distance of Falkirk Grahamston Train Station as well as a shopping area. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Communication was great.

Seating at the dining table is a little crowded. It worked OK for two people, but would be challenging for more.

This was a real home from home experience. The guy supporting the apartments was very welcoming and had a warm smile which goes a long way! The way they kept the gardens well maintained and the spacious of the whole apartment was more than what I had expected! Beautiful!

Comfortable and lovely spacious flat

Lovely spacious bedrooms and lounge. Attractive furnishings. Very comfortable with tv in the bottom of the bed, could be raised when needed! Nice kitchen with table too. Outside space for nice weather. Locked gates for security. Parked in a lay-by outside the flat, which was good.

Code for gate missed off the # so took longer to get in than needed!

Central location & comfortable apartments

Beautiful garden area and well appointed apartments. Central location, less than 5 minutes walk to the big retail park with plenty of shops. Train station is the other side of the retail park. Very comfortable bed! Chris was great and very helpful. The washing machine, drier and clothes horse were all very handy as we were travelling with our small kids. Elemis toiletries were lovely.

Bathroom drain was a little smelly on arrival but seemed to clear up after we flushed the toilet a few times.

Good value and excellent facilities.

Good location, clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed including the sofa mattress. The garden is well laid out and a sun trap - when its not raining! Secure access to grounds and property.

No dislikes however the access to the bathroom resulted in my grandaughter aged 5 hurting her leg on a sharp corner of the bath surround. I would suggest providing a second bin for dry recyclables rather than having staff handle the general waste.

Pleased with accommodation and close to restaurants and shops

It was so homely all very good quality. We liked that there was milk and water left in the fridge, coffee and good selection of teas. Nice touch. Nice outdoor area.

The accommodation made me feel at home away from home. The apartment was clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable. I found the apartment better than described in their website. A perfect place for a short stay for a young family like mine!

If you are planning to use a public transport, it could be a problem.

Immaculate apartments with everything you could need. Beautiful garden that the kids loved. Very comfy beds. Bit of road noise so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Super easy check in and clear entry instructions.

Felt right at home! Beautiful, high-spec property with everything we needed. The bed was unbelievably comfy, and the place felt so safe. Huge thanks to the amazing management, who were so kind and helpful when we had a small family issue — it really made a difference. Can’t recommend it enough!

One bedroom is slightly too small for four adults, but that’s my fault. Should have booked the two bed.

It was lovely and clean, beautiful apartment. Exceeded expectations. Brilliant parking facilities and easy to find. Really helpful guides sent via the host on finding the property, how to get in, and how to use everything. Brilliant kitchen set up with everything you could possibly need; with the little extra touch of tea, coffee and biscuits. Lovely bathroom, with essential shower products provided. Private garden area, felt very safe and secure. Lovely, friendly and polite cleaning staff when leaving.
