Not value for money, disappointing!

Difficult to find and entrance was not clean and scary. Was disappointed I had to empty the bin! There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom.

Never again!

Location ok. A little noisy at night . Large rooms . The girls in the office were very friendly and helpful. The owner did resolve a couple of issues the next day

Ther stairwell was filthy. There was a socket hanging off the wall. The cooker was filthy. The pull switch in the bathroom was hardly within reach and was disgustingly filthy. There was no plug for the bath. The windows had no sash cords so had to be wedged open. The blind in the kitchen was a joke. The curtains in the bedroom barely covered the window. There was mould behind the taps. There was more but I’ve lost the will to write anymore.

intercom does not work and as you only get one key it is difficult when you leave and the main door is fully closed ..when you need to take a way you need to go down to receive the goods because the employee has no way to go to your apartment.

Great location

Easy to find, great help from Tiffiny, she really demonstrated outstanding customer service. The apartment was in a good location for all local facilities and picking up the keys was so easy. Apartment was clean and warm and all the facilities worked well

Excellent stay- clean & comfortable with excellent amenities

Great place to stay right in the town centre so close to all amenities. It looks as if it has been recently redecorated and everything was looking great. All amenities were great I was able to cook my meals and wash my clothes too. It was really clean and warm I couldn’t fault the place. Will definitely book to stay again when I’m back in Falkirk. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Really Cosy apartment, loved it! Staff are kind!

Liked everything ! 🛌 comfortable, nice bedroom size, really big... just 1 min walking to the mall, close to supermarkets , just near to barbers ( cutter my hair ) really loved it, will comeback for sure !

Ruim appartement midden in de stad. Alles op loopafstand te bereiken.

Zuviel Geld für eine unterdurchschnittliche Unterkunft !

Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Bahnhof mit guten Verbindungen nach Edinburgh. Freundliche Gastgeber, die auf Fragen schnell reagieren.

Das Apartment ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Man merkt überall, das mit nur wenig Investition hier maximal viel Profit erzielt werden soll. Beispiele: Als "Kleiderschrank" dient eine extrem billige stoffbespannte Metallkonstruktion. Der Herd sieht aus, als wäre er 20 Jahre alt und in der Küche macht eine Neonröhre sehr kaltes und ungemütliches Licht. Im Badezimmer sind die Silikonfugen absolut unprofessionell gemacht, jeder Hobby-Heimwerker kann das besser. Überhaupt ist das Badezimmer größtenteils in einem schlimmen Zustand. An einem Fenster in einem der Schlafzimmer ist das Kabel, das das Fenster hochzieht und offenhält gerissen, so das man das Fenster nicht dauerhaft öffnen kann. Und es gibt viele weitere Unannehmlichkeiten. Ja, man kann hier übernachten, darf aber keinerlei Gemütlichkeit erwarten, Es entsteht der Eindruck, daß hier nur Geld verdient werden, aber nichts investiert werden soll. Der Preis ist, zumindest im Sommer, unangemessen hoch.
