Very comfortable modern first floor apartment in a good location for sight-seeing. Parking on site. Nothing lacking in the way of facilities.

Fabulous weekend

Very spacious apartment, lovely and clean, beds were comfy fab kitchen surrounding area was quiet,a short walk to town centre. We went to the Falkirk wheel and kelpies used kelpie taxis who were very reasonable and friendly. The key pick up at store round the corner was really easy and there was ample parking at the property.

Dirty , didn’t plan on having to clean the place .

Location was good

Very dirty, sent photos to owner, his reply , it was wear and tear , as a good will gesture he would get a cleaner for us to pay at a discount 😤no thank you it should have been clean on arrival! I had to clean it myself . One set of keys provided between 4 people , we did get a second set when we asked . Entry instructions for entry to the flat was poor . Told to park at the rear of the building and use the door with the blue cross , no door with blue cross so we had to take all our luggage round to the front of the building in the dark to find the door with door numbers on it . Filthy toilet, cobwebs on ceiling and light fixtures, very dusty skirting boards and on the internal door mouldings , the oven and extractor hood were gross, had to eat out which defeated the purpose of renting a place for self catering.

Overall a lovely week. Easy access to train station and town on foot.

Quiet residential area. Felt very safe. Large flat. Well equipped kitchen. Two separate bathrooms/toilet/shower. Comfortable beds, sofa etc..everything is in the flat that could be needed. Clear instructions about use of appliances available.

Back door entrance needs numbering, as wasn’t sure which door to use to access building.

it is spacious, well decorated and appointed. it is very comfortable and having a corner position with a large bay window brought in plenty of light and a pleasant outlook onto an attractive residential area.

the en-suite bathroom needs renovation. Television reception was very poor. there was a lack of clear instructions for equipment.

beautiful apartment would strong encourage everyone to book here and it was close to stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh

the space was great, it was nice to have space and make our own meals when we wanted too. and it was a beautiful apartment!

the only issue we ran into was finding the entrance, with it being in a townhome/apartment setting we looked around for 15mins before we found the entrance. you enter by the handicap parking spots, that is the back entrance, which was not labels with numbers.

Spacious flat very clean and comfortable. I love to cook so I was happy the kitchen was fully equipped. No complaints at all. Perfect flat for me.

Good

The location was good and for the most part, quiet. We arrived late in the evening having made prior arrangements for late collection of the keys, and unpacked the car of our essentials only so we wouldn't disturb the neighbours. The flats are in a nice area.

The main bedroom mattress was way too firm - could do with a memory foam topper. We ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom which had a slightly more comfortable mattress (we added a duvet to sleep on top of) and our 13yo son had the master room. The hall light fitting was working but had exposed wiring at the ceiling; the mirrors and surfaces of everything were 'sticky' - we had to wash up any kitchen items before we could use them; we couldn't use the oven for the first 5 nights of our stay as the clock had been pushed in by a previous occupant and having contacted the caretaker of the property about it, we had to wait in for a technician to come fix it. The reason we went for self-catering was so we could cook most of our own meals, instead having take aways or eating out. This combined put an overall dampner on our stay.
