Superbly appointed apartment. It looked professional from the signage, through the garden, even before we entered. Great eye for decor and for comfort.
Very small elements made this a 9 and not a 10, but easily addressed.
1 - only 1 wine glass :)
2 - although the bed and bedding were comfortable, we found the pillows rather lumpy

Love the central location of the apartments and that you can easily get about Falkirk! We'll definitely be staying again.
The only thing I would say is a wee bit better signage for the apartments next to the old nursery buildint would help - we were worried we were going to the wrong place but the directions were helpful and it was all good.

Inside the property was actually really nice, in fact it was surprisingly good compared to the outside and local area. Well presented inside, with plenty of handy things in the kitchen, such as the dishwasher. Plenty of utensils, cutlery, plates. From the outside you may not expect very much, but it's actually really well decorated inside. Plenty of hot water for the powerful shower. Radiators worked well during the cold spell when we visited. Handy location for visiting nearby sights, and hiking up in the mountains.
We arrived in the dark and found locating the property to be a complete PITA. The instructions were not particularly helpful and the property is not lit around the outside, nor are there any signs on the side of the houses identifying it, until you find the right staircase to stumble up and the light at the top, near the front door switches on. Ideally the property would put a sign on the side of the terrace houses, and fit an additional light at the bottom of the stone staircase. I've added some better pictures to help people find the property, as it is really lovely inside and once you know where it is, you'll be fine. Take a torch for night-time visits! :-)
Parking is awkward, as the area is very busy - maybe OK if you have a small car like a Corsa, but with a Transporter camper, it's not as easy as it could be. There is no allocated parking, so you just have to find somewhere nearby if you can.
Not wheelchair accessible, not easy for anyone infirm.

Very stylish, modern decor. Lots of homely touches like provided milk and bottles of water.
We were given a different room to the one we booked which immediately made me very wary.
The sofa bed back broke, tv was difficult to hear when the dishwasher or washing machine was on. Near a heavily used road so it was noisy (lots of boy races and revving) meaning we couldn't sleep with the window open (it was warm).
