Good location in a quiet neighbourhood with a driveway. Very clean and furnished well. Good communication from the hosts.

No tea/coffee, most self catering places still do have basics like tea and coffee/sugar.

couldn't find the wifi password but called their office and they directed us to the guestbook where the username and password was

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great and the property was easy to find with parking available. The apartment was very cosy on arrival too.

Good access to road network

Smell of sewage in house , interior door handle hanging off with exposed screws , boiler cupboard hanging off wall in kitchen , unable to open rear bedroom door fully as it struck the side of the bed , broken wheels on bed showing sharp edges (dangerous) . Rough area with people hanging around on street corners and outside shops . Garden is a shambles with uneven pathing an weeds a plenty .

The location is great as near train station. kitchen was spotless bathroom very nice

The cleanliness of the room as i found a cigarette end, a false nail and open packet of crisps left in rooms after being cleaned. Customer service was very poor as waited days for returned calls when promised call backs. Tv was outdated and no where to sit outside in garden.

Great location but property is a little tired and needs a good clean especially downstairs

Excellent location for Falkirk and Central belt tourist attractions Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Great dining space

In Covid times really needs to be cleaner, kettle was dirty on arrival as was welcome pack. These are touched by every guest and should be spotless. Would have been nice to have had outside seating as patio area was there for use. Tv needs to be updated as on last legs. Just needs a deep clean not a sweep through.

A Long weekend break

The location is good for the train station with regular trains for Edinburgh and Glasgow. There is a local shop and small cafe within walking distance. The Falkirk wheel and Kelpies are both local and Stirling is a short drive away. The house is located in a quiet street with no through access.

There was an unpleasant smell when you opened the front door. Their seemed to be an issue with the water heating. Which meant it kept turning on and off constantly all night despite having heated the tank. Only option was to turn it off completely. The house was clean and serviceable but not to the standard I would expect for the price.

Excellent Stay!

We had such a great stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. Clots to local shops and only a short walk to Larbert Train Station where we got the train to Edinburgh for the day. The office staff were really friendly and accommodating.

it was a shame the weather wasn’t good so we couldn’t sit out in the back garden
