Location was close to local attractions (Falkirk Wheel and The Kelpies), next to a Park and Canal - which was great for walking the dog; a short drive into town centre - walkable with better weather. Off road parking
An instruction booklet on how to use the heating, TV remotes, etc would have been useful.

Loved the accommodation. Very clean. Owner very helpful. Came out to turn hot water on (as we just have a switch to turn on and it stays on).
N/a. We were too short to reach crockery in the 'top cupboard,' lol. No-ones 'fault.' We're happy.

It was very handy for us visiting relatives. The train into Edinburgh was good (twice an hour, 15-minute walk). The price was very good 👍.
The house was very clean and tidy. It also had everything we needed. I would and have recommended it to others.
The only thing that was a small downside was that they were re surfacing the road.
