Great central location with shops and train in close proximity. Ladies that work there were extremely friendly and helpful.
Central location but unfortunately we were there on a Saturday night and the main taxi rank is directly under the windows. The noise was horrendous between 1.10am and 1.40am.

Location was great, bus lines across the street, train a couple of blocks away. I contacted the manager and asked for a second chair and one was delivered the next day. The fridge and microwave allowed us to prepare meals which we bought at the market just a block away. I asked the manager in advance if we could have a lower floor due to our ages, 80 and 77. They very nicely gave us a room on the first (above ground) floor.
The TV was a very cheap model and the sound was so garbled due to poor speakers we almost could not understand speakers. I used the text option which helped but really a piece of crap. The manager very nicely brought us another chair but the room should have two and a decent table anyway. There was plenty of room for better furniture.

Adequately sized room, very big comfortable bed. Nice large bathroom, which was very clean.
Small space for making drinks, use of microwave if wished, and small washing up area.
Location street was noisy in the evenings, with people having a night out, and the window overlooked a back yard of an entertainment venue. There were late night emptying of bottles into the recycling bin from the venue. We stayed there during the hot weather, so had to have the window open.

Check in and check out were easy, the property is very close to the station and the bed was really comfortable.
There was no soap in the property so we had to buy that, the shower had no pressure and very little water, some of the hangers were broken, barely any tv chanels accessible, pillows were not good.
