Good flat to stay in overall!
It was clean, although had a slight smell of cigarettes. Nice quiet road and overall a good little flat to stay in Flat had everything needed in kitchen to be able to cook, no grater but that's being picky! All bedding was clean.
Toilet flush didn't work properly and the toilet brush that was there had no handle as it had snapped. Slight smell of cigarettes No lamp in living room so only option was big cold light when it was getting dark!

In our eyes it wasn’t an apartment effectively a bedroom with an on suite. Following a request from kelpies apartments Robertson we agreed to change apartments but are unsure as to weather all kelpies apartments are of similar size this apartment only had one chair no table no toast making faculty and fridge that kept nothing cold.

Clean & comfortable
The location was great for me while I was working in Grangemouth which was only a short drive. I was also able to walk in to the town centre and to the retail park. Bed was really comfy and flat was spotlessly clean. Will definitely use again if back in Falkirk again. Staff were also really friendly and helpful and key box entry was easy as I arrived late at night. Kelpies said the place has been recently been renovated and I really liked the huge walk in shower in the bathroom.

Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno è stato tranquillo. La gestione avviene interamente online: non c'è interazione diretta con lo staff, ma i gestori rispondono ai messaggi piuttosto rapidamente. Le istruzioni fornite sono state chiare e semplici da seguire, quindi, non ho avuto difficoltà. La posizione non è molto centrale, ma sia il centro che entrambe le stazioni ferroviarie di Falkirk si raggiungono facilmente a piedi.
Forse dovuto al periodo del mio soggiorno, ma ho trovato il rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' inadeguato. Il costo dell'appartamento in sé era piuttosto elevato, e in aggiunta, ho dovuto versare un deposito (comunque restituito in tempi rapidi). L'arredamento risulta parecchio datato e la pulizia dell'appartamento andrebbe migliorata. Nel mio appartamento mancava il fon (almeno io non l'ho trovato!). Inoltre, è assente qualsiasi servizio aggiuntivo, quale il check-in anticipato o la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia.
