Good for a short stay!

Very modern apartment and it was in a good condition.It is on the smaller side although it even had a small kitchenette with a fridge and a stove.

Unfortunately there was no elevator and not really good window blinds.The shower head should also be replaced.

It s was wonderful , amazing place, really clean and the staff and the owners are incredibly ,hospitable , friendly an very nice.The place is beautiful has everything you need for a great holiday , nice furniture , nice rooms with great details .You have a coffe place for breakfast.

Comfortable, modern, convenient apartment.

Location is convenient for us. Got a garden view which was quiet and enjoyable for dinner on terrace and coffee in the morning. Apartment is equipped with useful items. New and modern structure. Enough kitchen items for two people. Refrigerator is a plus! Host is responsive and helpful. Coffee shop right down stairs is also a plus. Easy checking in and out. Two thumbs up!

If you find it noisy to be next to the road, ask for a garden view instead.

The apartments are very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly.

For some reason there was no hot water when we came back from the beach. It might be because we arrived late and the neighbors might have used all the water or a technical problem of some sort. Either way it was not pleasant and there was no warning.

Practical place to stay for a night

Modern and clean loft. Perfect to stop there for a night.

The building was by a very busy road through the night. The bathroom was very big but the roof was so low that you had to look out your head near the roof window.

Disappointing

There is a lot of noise, the rooms are too near to a way with a lot of cars. The climatization is off all the day, it is too hot when we come back in the afternoon. They didn't allow to switch on the climatization when we are not there.

Really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend this place especially for those who plan to travel by car and visit both Sidonia and Kassandra peninsulas. The host is really nice and eager to help.

Pleasant

The host is very helpfull and and polite. The room was clean and they cleaned the room every three days. Fresh towels too. The wifi conection is good too.

Well, the location is the first thing that I didnt like. After that I can say that there was a bad smell in the apartment comming from the bathroom, starting from the 4'th day of our stay, 'till the end. After 23h there was no wather and it comes back early in the morning. Kitchen is well equiped but a big knife is good to have too. The sea is not soo close.

One night gateway to Chalkidiki

Clean and comfortable room. If you have problems sleeping, better ask for the rooms that have windows facing the fields, not the main road. I could imagine with open windows, it might get noisy from the traffic. We didn't cook as we stayed only for one night, but I was impressed with the kitchen stand that they had. Everything, except for the tea pot was new and clean Would recommend to stay for the guests with a car....

Very good

The room is clean, it looks relatively new. Good water pressure and hot water! Workable air conditioning. A small yard with grass and a table for 8 people. The owner answered a few questions and recommended some beautiful places. The value for money is good.

From the pictures from the reservation you can't figure out what your room will look like! The location is in the semi field. And the beach is close if you have a car, but it is not arranged anyway. The kitchenette was semi-functional (the hood put air in the house, it had no ventilation, the hob didn't work, it just lit up) I boiled eggs in the kettle :)). On the booking it is written that breakfast is optional and when they arrived they said that they do not have breakfast and if we want to buy something from the store downstairs (very limited in choices, some variants of old pastries). They cleaned the room only after I called to ask them to clean. The room is very very small and you can hear every movement from the other rooms. I recommend the location for transit, which means just sleeping and that's it!

No water after a time

It looked nice in general

After using the toilet a couple of times, the water was gone and not refilling. Same went for the sink. In the morning the water was back

Good place for little vacation at the end of season

Location is great. Easy finding. Clean room. Kind and polite staff. Warm wellcomig.

We were on the last floor. The ceilings are sloping and too low. The only place where you can stand is in the middle of the room. The hot water smelled like rotten eggs. Noisy because of the main road.

Exceptional

New building, just couple of months old. The room was luxury, you have everything you need. Plus very nice balcony. Downstairs you have owner's bar for ice cream, drinks... In 200m you have a supermarket. You can drive a bike for free... Recommended if you want to explore the area and to go to a different beaches everyday by car like we did...

Ev sahibi Maria çok kibar ilgili birisi. Bize sorduğumuz her konu hakkında yardımcı oldu. Odamız her gün istisnasız temizlendi. Temizliği yapan görevli görevini çok güzel yapıyor. Giriş katında bir yemek yeri ve cafe var. Yolun karşısında ise hemen yürüme mesafesi içerisinde birçok cafe fırın market bulunuyor. Sahile çok yakın. Denizi çok güzel. Kalives çok güzel bir tatil yeri.

Nicht wieder leider.

Gefallen hat mit die Frau die uns die Zimmerkarte gegeben hat. Sie war sehr nett alles andere war eher nicht so toll für den Preis.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Preis. Die Matratze ist schlecht und an Besteck waren leider nur ein paar Löffel und Messer da. Der Behälter für das Besteck dreckig. Ebenso war es im Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber. Das Waschbecken war nicht gereinigt worden und es kleben Haare an der Steckdose, des Gastes der vor uns da war. Die Putzfrau hat versucht ins Zimmer zu kommen obwohl sie vorher erst drin war um angeblich zu putzen,was Sie nicht gemacht hat, mit der Ausrede Sie hätte etwas vergessen.

Тъй като е разположен на път, по който минава целият трафик през лятото, беше много шумно. Това не е нещо, което собствениците могат да контролират и всъщност всички хотели и апартаменти, намиращи се на главен път, изпитват същото - постоянен шум. Ако си затворите терасата, шумът значително намалява (дограмата е хубава).
