It was nicely decorated and had a sea view.

When we arrived, we had to clean the place. The sheets and the towels were clean, but the rest of the cleaning was superficial. The toilet was filthy, there were spider webs, dust and sand on the floor.

Everything was great!

The apartments are quite new (from 2023), the design is modern. Exactly the same as you see at the photos. Hot water is stable and you don't need to be afraid of its lack. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we were allowed to check-in earlier that gave us additional time at the beach. It was priceless after the difficult trip. The bed linen was changed after 3 or 4 days of stay, the cleaning was made by request after a week of stay. The check-in is very easy and comfortable, The stay was great!

The apartments are on the ground floor. There were no wine opener, sharp knife and the dishwashing soap. The floor, the kitchen and the bathroom were clean, but it would be nice to fix some tiny details, for example, the bedside lamps that are right in front of the eyes are with dust, and there is a spider net at the upper angle of the room. It's all are the very small things, the apartments are great and we'll be glad to come again :)

Very good experience staying st this apartment.

Good price and very clean. Free parking right in front of the house. You can reach many beaches from this location. Main road of Kriopighi is reachable by foot and there are many good dining spots close to you. The owners were really helpful and provided a list with nearby beaches restaurants and shops upon visit. Definitely worth a stay.

Shower place tends to fill with water when showering and it takes a bit for the water to go down the drain.

Great apartments in Kriopighi

The room was very well equipped with everything you might need for your vacation. The location is great - on a quiet street but 2 min away to the main road. Lots of parking space available. The host had left us a bunch of goodies for welcome - such a warm gesture. Definitely recommend it.

Perfect option for couples to spend time near the sea with comfort

Beautiful and comfy apartments for couples. Has anything you could need. Even iron. Had a lot of parking spots so it’s not gonna be a problem. Owner is very nice man. He gave us a lot of recommendations and was ready to help any moment. We were visiting for five days and really liked it.

It’s not related to apartments directly but the only not great thing is the road up the hill to the Lighthouse apartments is located. It’s acceptable but you have to be careful.

Disaster - overpriced - filthy - totally not recommended !!!!! Stay away !!!!

The only good thing about the property was the location.. nevertheless even that was not exceptional since in order to get up the hill and reach the building the road was destroyed and the lower part of our car hit on the ground multiple times.. so the road is not suggested for regular cars only for 4x4/Jeeps… (Except if you don’t care destroying it ..)

Almost everything !!! The stay there was a disaster!!!! Check in was meant to be done at 12:00 but the apartment was first ready after 15:00 - since it needed to be cleaned … second of all the place was FILTHY..!!! The floor was dirty and there were hairs everywhere… on the floor, in the bathroom, next to the sink, on the bed and on the towels… seriously everywhere.. spider nests were found on the ceiling and all over the balcony doors.. by the way the balconies were filthy too… after complaining to the owner he promised he would clean again the apartment.. but guess what “he did so” 2 days later.. but of course it was just a lie. They told us they came to clean but they made a fool of us. They didn't even throw out the trash and we had to buy trash bags ourselves. THE WORST PART OF THE STAY WAS THE WATER SHORTAGE!!! If you don’t mind staying salty from the beach, stinking of the whole day activities and NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO USE THE TOILET for almost 6-7 hours per day (at night time after 18/19:00 until 00:00 ) then this Appartment fits your needs exactly!!! The 2 of the 3 nights staying there we had no water in the afternoon until midnight which ABSOLUTELY RUINED OUR STAY THERE!!! I just had 4 days to relax and enjoy chalkidiki and the 2 of them were ruined because no water was supplied to clean ourselves and use the bathroom. We lost our booked reservations for night outs since we could not get ready at the HIGH PRICED AVENUE THAT WE BOOKED and we had to leave the apartment - wandering around the streets and the shops filthy dressed in beach clothes - since even the toilet was not available for use without water!!! The overall stay there was an absolute disaster!!! I totally don’t recommend booking this Appartement because it will just ruin your stay in Chalkidiki !! There are a lot better apartments/ hotel rooms at a very good price eg. 60€/nicht/ couple which might not be new but they provide the necessities for example WATER !!!!!

We stayed from 4 to 15 July 2023. with parents, friends and children. We rented 3 apartments: 2 one-room apartments and one duplex. All apartments are amazing. Everything is clean, there is everything necessary for living and recreation. Nikos is a very pleasant and attentive host. He was always in touch, gave advice about the rest. Thank you very much, Nicos, for a wonderful holidays.

Appartamento nuovissimo con vista mare

Casa nuovissima, dotata di tutte le comodità. Bellissimi i terrazzini vista mare. La posizione è comoda, con tanto spazio per il parcheggio. Entrata con codici, senza chiavi, molto apprezzata!

Avrei trovato comodo avere qualche piatto in più, le tovagliette per la colazione per tutti e uno strofinaccio.

Прекарахме 3 нощувки в партерен апартамент. Леглото беше удобно и терасата беше голяма.

В деня за настаняване никой не ни беше предупредил, че стаята ни няма да е готова навреме. Отидохме в 4 часа и тръгнахме да влизаме, когато от вътре излезе чистач и ни обясни, че трябва да изчакаме още 20 минути пред сградата, докато изчисти. Настанихме се в 4 и 30. През цялото време в помещението имаше странна миризма, която винаги стоеше, въпреки проветряване. Вратата на банята не се затваря, освен ако не я заключиш. В ъглите и по таваните, около прозорците зад завесите провисват огромни паяжини.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte eine gute Größe. Der Check-In war per Zahlencode an den Türe sehr einfach. Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden auch während des Aufenthalts gefragt, ob wir frische Handtücher oder sonst irgendetwas benötigen.

Zu Fuß ist der Strand leider schlecht zu erreichen (ca. 2km und sehr hügelig). Zudem ist der nächste Strand absolut nicht schön. Man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen und muss für einen wirklich schönen Strand etwas weiter fahren.

Abbiamo ricevuto i codici per accedere via messaggio, cosa che ho trovato molto pratica. L'appartamento è due parallele sopra la strada principale, ci si arriva velocemente passeggiando per una strada in salita. Non si sentono i rumori del traffico. La struttura è nuova e il wifi funziona bene. Al nostro arrivo era presente un piccolo set per la colazione.

L'appartamento era stato pulito in modo decisamente superficiale. Nella doccia del nostro appartamento l'acqua dello scarico faticava a scendere. In bagno manca un tappeto per quando si esce dalla doccia.

Ich habe kürzlich eine Wohnung in Xalkidiki gemietet. Die Unterkunft war modern und gut eingerichtet, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Die Möbel waren stilvoll und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war insgesamt zufriedenstellend.

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei meiner Ankunft waren sowohl das Badezimmer als auch die Küche nicht sauber. Besonders problematisch war das Badezimmer, wo die sanitären Anlagen undicht waren und der Abfluss verstopft war.
