Excelent holiday in Afitos, and beatiful stay in S.Nastasia

Beautiful property, quiet place, clean place,by car in two minutes you are in the city and in the beautiful beach Liosi with crystal clear water.I recomnend this property everyone😊😊👌

You cant walk to the beach in hot weather because its 500 metars away from the beach😌you have to go by car😒

Simple changes can make the place more comfortable

Location is good. The road is a bit noisy during the day. But fine at night. The air con was good. There was sufficient equipment for cooking and eating.

The chairs and tables on all 3 floors are heavy, made of steel and make noise that woke me up early in the morning and in the middle of the night. There is some cheap felt pads you can get- attached to the bottom of the legs- that will stop this screeching noise. I paid 63 eur and was able to sleep only 4-5 hours due to this. I later on stayed at campsites for cheaper and was able to get decent sleep and rest better.

A nice cosy spot

Located on the main road, the studio is easy to locate(don't follow the map in Booking, for some reason it has the wrong address), Studio Nastasia is a nice quiet place, very family friendly. A great cosy and clean room, with a wonderful sea view terrace. Small, cosy, and definitely worth what you pay for. A good selection of TB channels made my nights great as well! Good WiFi also!

The pillows and bed were not the most comfortable for me.

Afitos, a cosmopolitan village with prices too high for what it offers

Room located at the basement, parking, kitchenette, fridge, bathroom ok.

Smell of dandruff, small kitchenette, window with mesh against insects repaired, needs carpentry renovation, needs varnish Lucky that the host Nastasia is a cheerful, welcoming, hardworking woman.

Хозяйка говорит по руски. Очень удобная кухня. В комнате было всего достаточно, и места, и полок и стульчиков. Душ-кабинка тесновата лишь.но умывальник расскошный. Двор комфортный и машина во дворе - очень удобно. Во дворе живут дружелюбные кошки. С машиной можно недалеко поехать на очень живописные места и пляжи.

Рядом главная дорога и слышно машины. В общем не много машин и не так уж шумно, но после 23:00 они гоняют без всяких ограничений, а ещё много мотоциклов. Вот тогда они мешают. Пляж в поселке не очень хороший и поход к нему не из лёгких.

Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής. Χαμηλή τιμή, χαμηλή ποιότητα. Αναμενόμενο αλλά το ξέραμε από την αρχή.

Δεν μου άρεσε η μουχλιασμένη κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο, το σαμπουάν που το είχαν νερωσει, κάτι αραχνουλες στον τοίχο, αλλά το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν ότι φτάσαμε 5.30 (είχαμε ειδοποιησει για αυτό) το απόγευμα και η οικοδεσπότης δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ. Την κάλεσα, μου είπε ποιο δωμάτιο είναι για εμάς και τέλος.. καταλαβαίνω ότι ένας πελάτης της μιας βραδιάς δεν είναι το καλύτερο για ένα κατάλυμα, αλλά ήταν απαξιωτικο να μην κάνει καν τον κόπο να εμφανιστεί...

Afitos ♥️

Lep smeštaj , predivna terasa sa pogledom na more , parking u dvorištu za sve goste , uredno i čisto , menjaju peškire na par dana , nalazi se na glavnom putu , predivne plaže na pet minuta autom. Supruga i ja smo zadovoljni smeštajem i gledaćemo da opet letujemo u lepom Afitosu , Gazdarica Atina ljubazna kao i ostalo osoblje.

some days in Afitos

Studio war wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Motto Einfach, schlicht, sauber. Handtücher wurden auch gewechselt. Es gibt keine Rezeption, die Besitzerin kommt angefahren, wenn ihr sie anruft. Übergibt den Schlüssel. Mückenschutz Spray sollte man dabei haben Parken war direkt am Haus möglich

Zu meiner Verwunderung war die Wohnung im Keller. Das ging aus der Beschreibung bei Booking nicht hervor. WLAN war dort auch recht schwach.

séjour agréable car studio confortable mais il faut prévoir les courses

studio très propre, traversant, avec un lit double un peu trop grand . Le mobilier est suffisant; climatisation ; grand balcon terrasse bien pratique et agréable ; parking interne facile .le coin cuisine possède frigo, plaque avec deux foyers , évier , peu d' ustensiles de cuisine, mais le nécessaire est là pour des repas très simples .

Il manque de produits pour la toilette ; la distance par rapport au bord de mer, car il faut 20mn à pied pour y aller et il est difficlle de se garer tout près et les commerces sont à 15mn

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in dem schönen Afytos.

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, tolles Haus und Grundstück, zwei Balkone und die Möglichkeit beim schönen Wetter viel draußen zu sitzen. Man kann gut zum Dorfkern laufen. Athina ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein aber man hat ja die zwei Balkone.

zweckmäßig, aber sehr gutes Bett. 2 Balkone Ost und West, das ist praktisch! An der Straße schräg links gegenüber ist eine sehr gute Taverne mit "normalen" Preisen. Guter Laufweg in den Ort.

das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Straße könnte in der Hochsaison ziemlich laut sein. Im Ort ist alles übertrieben teuer.

Toller Ausgangspunkt um die Halbinsel zu erkunden. Ruhig und sauber. Guter Parkplatz. Schönes Haus. Freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Leider kein WLAN als ich da war.
