Modern and decent place

Good looking hotel and a nice big pool.the host and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and the rooms are clean, and the bar by the pool is serving good drinks and nice snacks.

The room space feels smaller than looks in the presentation, as well the storage space is not very generous . The breakfast is quite repetitive. You can change a bit by talking to the host

Relaxing place with attention to detail and comfortable surroundings

Everything was great and well harmonized, the room and the daily cleaning was amazing. The pool is clean and very well maintained, the pool bar has really good options even for food. The staff is always smiling and ready to help you with your questions. Kids are feeling very welcome and they have a few playgrounds near the pool.

Absolutely loved everything about the property. The moment you step through the entrance gates, you feel as though you’re walking into a beautiful dream. The staff could not do enough for us.. absolutely when above and beyond for any request we had. Vasili and Lydia you are absolute sweethearts. Thank you for taking such good care of us..

Nice villas but staf needs to be changed. Every single one.

The concept of this stay is nice, but they need to change all the staf.

Staf was very rude and unprofessional. What ever you ask they just igonre you. They dont even know to say hello when they meet you. Every single morning is the struggle about breakfast. This location is unoragized, dirty and old.

We like the whole concept for housing. The big pool is really nice and clean,the kids area is pleasant. Location is on walking distance from the centre of the village, many restaurants and bars nearby. However, the kids' friendly beaches are to be visited by car. Hosts are kind and really helpful!

The villa was not well-equipped with basic stuff such as coffee cups, knives, elementary cutlery for cooking , and mop to clean the white floors throughout the whole territory of the villa. The private pool is very small and colder than you would expect . The overall experience was nice, but the villa is expensive and does not provide optimal value for money.

Not worth the price

Further for what we didnt like: They were served from 8.00 and this meant that the whole hotel had an alarm clock with the first breakfast - the movement of the chairs on the balcony was a horrible sound and woke us up every morning... The breakfast was a poor selection that did not suit us, different names that we did not understand - there were no pictures of the food . No vegetables to choose from, max 2 small tomatoes were like vegetables. The sweet pancakes were not good at all. And the worst thing was that they had to be ordered a day in advance. Once we ordered at 8:00 a.m. and they woke us up with them, and once at 9:00 a.m. and we were up for an hour waiting for them. This is very bad on vacation, when you need to think about what time you get up and don't worry about setting an alarm clock for breakfast. A very unfortunate solution. The cleaning was poorer - once we didn't take out the trash, once when entering the shower we discovered that they didn't give us clean towels and a mat on the floor, so we had to go to the reception. What we liked: The pool was great, the sunbeds by it very comfortable, the children's playground great except for the broken plastic house... The towels were also available for the beach and always clean. The parking right next to the hotel was also great. In the bar, the prices for drinks were extremely high, 12€ each and 8€ without alcohol... The food also had high prices.

The price for accommodation is too high for what it offers. We were accommodated in a suite with a balcony. The suite is extremely small. We were 2 adults and two small children and we couldn't even move there. We absolutely did not understand where we were supposed to put our things! There was one cabinet and two drawers for 4 people... If we had two large suitcases, we have nowhere to put them. Two TVs were completely unnecessary equipment. The kitchen had no equipment - no bowls, no plates or knife. When you open the door, you are a step away from the bed, which is probably in the former living room and was very uncomfortable. There was one big window that didn't have a curtain, so there was light from the corridor all evening and our children couldn't sleep. Besides, every step in the corridor outside could be heard there. The air conditioner was also very noisy and could not be turned on at night. You could hear the water pipes when someone next door was showering or using the toilet... The bathroom was extremely small, when someone sat down on the toilet the door could not even be closed properly. The drawer could not be used because it was broken... You could barely turn around there. After checking in, we immediately went to the reception to ask that the space was too small for us and if they had a bigger room. The gentleman was not very nice and he told us he will let us know. I asked the next day as well, and after that no one even bothered about us. It was fine, but definitely not for the money! It would have to be half the price. And the worst thing about this accommodation was the breakfast. No one informed us that breakfast is served to the room. We would never agree with that. It would be good to inform the guests about this. Inside the suite there was no place to sit, no table or chairs. You could only have breakfast on the balcony.

good accommodation with luxurious pool

modern and stylish accommodation, close to the beach of Fourka (decent beach with very good tavernas and bars, however very hot due to lack of shadow). The pool provided is absolutely stunning and clean, also the area around it and kids playground. This is one of the best pools we ve been to at such types of villas and the pool bar serves great drinks and some delicious dishes. Overall, the property looks neat and cool, they had a good architectural planning which is very relaxing. The owners are nice and explain the surroundings and have great suggestions. The junior suites are friendly decorated but indeed very small for a larger family.

We booked a junior suite with tbalcony which works fine for a couple or family with small kids. however, dont get fooled to believe you can have privacy between the rooms. rooms are very small, as indicated correctly in the description (bed, nice tv with netflix and youtube and that s about it), but only one bedroom of the two rooms has a door tht closes (other room has no door) and the kitchinette and bathroom are between the bedrooms. this means that you go out of the room through one bedroom which is very disturbing for the person there (if a child sleeps there, for instance, you wake him up every time you go out and in the room). the entrance room has no blinders so light comes in early and it s hard to sleep late there. balcony is very nice. a/c and internet work great. however, there is very little storage space and basically no real closet, so you have to keep clothes and shoes all over the place. another issue we had was with the breakfast. although it seemed a cool option to tick what you would like to eat a day ahead, the dishes were not great, same every day and also they always forget something. moreover, one had to decide a day ahead at what time you would be woken up by breakfast guy knocking at the door, which sucks when you need to sleep longer and dont wanna plan it. moreover, coffee capsules for the nespresso machine in the room were not refilled or plates were missing, so every morning, apart from being woken up because of this method, we had to go downstairs and ask someone either for the correct number of dishes or glasses, for the juice missing, or for coffee capsules so we could make our own espresso etc. this was really a downside for such a cool and chic place, we recommend the owner to rethink the breakfast method to something more convenient for the guests, such as a small buffet. it s not nice to make your own coffee for breakfast and have to ask for something every day when on holiday.

Great location, people, pool and owners a breath of fresh air

Location, staff, accommodation, pool and just about everything great. We really were impressed by the setup and story of the place. The biggest surprise was the free massage Saturday when all 4 of us had a 10 mine free massage by the pool. An amazing perk and the type of thing that made the stay so much fun.

Only thing we'd simplify is breakfast. You can order lots of different things but we like simple so some fruit and pastries ideal. We had the yogurt and fruit which was great though.

Great hotel, with modern touch, awesome a-la-cart breakfast served on your terrace. Relatively good location. Clean rooms, pool and garden. The suite had big size smart TV screens, air purifier, air conditioners for both rooms. Helpful staff, speaking good English. Good internet connection.

The village is quite small, and in high season you should reserve tables at the restaurants.
