The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making our stay feel very welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and from our room we enjoyed a beautiful view overlooking Thessaloniki. Additionally, the food served in the restaurant was very tasty. The view from room was extraordinary to behold at all hours of the day, and the hotel team were friendly, helpful, and welcoming- from the front desk to the restaurant staff, bravo. The welcoming plate in room along with beverages was a nice touch and illustrated their commitment to a memorable stay.

The best location for us to spend a night on our trip to and from south Greece

On our way back from south Greece we had the same lovely experience, therefore I will re-stated the same opinion I had on our previous visit here: “We are returning customers because of the very friendly and polite personnel, the nice & large rooms and the excellent location that comes along with our travel plans. Need to mention that we are usually traveling with our 6 years English Cocker Spaniel and that guy was treated extremely well!”

I’ll definitely come back again.

We were traveling as a family, with a child and a dog. There were no issues during check-in, accommodation, or our stay. The staff was friendly and courteous. Moreover, we received a free room upgrade and were given connected rooms, which significantly improved the quality of our stay at the hotel. The view from the room is beyond words — it truly needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. That's why we’ll definitely be coming back again.

In one of the rooms, there was an unpleasant smell, but opening the windows solved the issue within a few hours.

best staff ever

One of the best experiences. The staff noticed that the next day was my birthday and everybody was soooo nice, they gave us not 1 but 2 desserts on the house. Honestly I can not thank them enough for being so kind! Room 315 is huge and the the view is priceless.

Generally the place is pretty good - parking is always available right in front. Staff is really nice and welcoming. Views are great. Breakfast is alright too.

Apparently the restaurant is also occasionally a wedding venue, which is understandably really noisy at night. I think this should be made clear at reservation-time instead of at check-in. In all fairness we were upgraded to a better room but still this level of noise is unacceptable for a hotel. Other than that, pretty good.

Nice view, but otherwise mediocre

The view is nice and the staff is helpful

The Greek power grid is so weak that during heat waves, the elevators stop working. If you relied on a wheelchair to get to an upper floor, good luck getting back down. Also, the restaurant is just terrible. I travel all the time, I love airplane food, so it's pretty rare that I find both pasta and a sandwich inedible...but there you are. And it's in a neighborhood with no other restaurants or dining options, so you're stuck with overpriced, inedible food (to be more precise, the grilled cheese sandwich was rock hard-both cheese and bread -- and the pasta with grated cheese had no grated cheese, barely any sauce, was actually orzo and included what seemed like chopped leftover kebabs). If I'm going to be picky, I'll include that it's also very hard to find, even with the GPS. My in-laws got so lost that they gave up and we sacrificed the room cost.

A nice slightly up-market hotel high above Thessaloniki.

Comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony. Fairly standard hotel bathroom - shower bath with a curtain so always a bit of water leaking onto the floor. The room was large enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A twin bed room should not have two single beds pushed together.
