Местоположение, легкость заселения и выселения.
Если вы хотите спать ночью - это место не для вас. В частности первый этаж. Над вами будет расположен ресторан. Грохот стоял до часу ночи. В комнате можно сказать что нет окон. Всегда темно. Сантехника сломана. Матрас скрипучий до ужаса.
