We had a rainy day, it’s a bit slippery and if you a light sleeper the drops of rain on the roof will wake you. I was ok, my partner wasn’t.

Liked the room , pool , grounds, food and location. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful.

We didn't drink around pool bar because prices were expensive compared to surrounding bars. Bar was always empty on a night which was disappointing.

A dual use hotel for the amphibian lovers

The property looks modern on the outside

We didn’t have hot water in the shower, we told it to the reception and they fixed it by disabling the cold water for the shower so we had to use it with boiling water. At the second night we didn’t have running water in our room at all. The pool was so under maintained it began entertaining the amphibians clientele as well. The food at breakfast was far from being edible, with sub par food and old unhygienic jars of decomposing food.

Pleasant experience

Beautiful small resort, very good breakfast and location in Nikiti

Indeed, as many reviews stated that, the noise coming from other rooms is unbearable. I know they can't fix it very easily but some quiet hours signs would maybe discipline the children running around the hallways at 11:30 PM.

Great place to stay in Nikiti

It’s a beautiful place to stay a nice hotel with swimming pool. There’s a parking place and the rooms are nice clean. It’s very close to the center. You can even walk to the seaside restaurant bars so it’s a good value for staying.

The cleaning stuff was staying in front of room and talking loudly every morning sometimes they have a breakfast even so they woke up early in the morning because of loud talking

Nice place and nice Hotel

It’s a beautiful place to stay a nice hotel swimming pool. There’s a parking place and the rooms are nice clean. It’s very close to the center. You can’t even walk to the seaside restaurant bars so it’s a good value for staying.

Only negative thing is early in the morning some cleaning stuff was loudly talking each other so they wake up in the morning that was not nice because they’re sitting in front of our hotel room. The second day they had breakfast in front of our door and talking loudly so this is the only I can say.

Almost everything. Breakfast, swimming pool. Cleaning ladies did the perfect jobb. Towels are changed every day, almost everything was perfectly clean.

Location is near the very busy street, so in this property you should choose garden view. Also sometimes in the evening hot water is not enough. Apartment's door doesn't close well, it is possible to se light from the outside, also this is very useful for the insects.

Very good

The purpose of this text is not to critise but to instruct you towards more comfortable stay. In general, this is a comandable hotel with good staff, good food and comfotable rooms. You'll get yours money's worth - 8 out of ten. There is one thing I found insulting, no water at dinner and there is an option to buy it at 3 euro per 0.75l but that's hotels perogative and is a take it or leave it kind of thing. I had an issue with a couple of servant girls. I had a couple of unpleasant situations with them not worth mentioning. I didn't raise awareness right away and the unpleasentness lasted for a couple of days. Then I shered the rood exchange with the servants with head of the reception Elena. This wonderfully maticulas professional instills the calm that could tame the storm. All my requests, among which was not to have inseractions with the two servants, were met. I did not see them for two days which greatly improved my stay. The management cares about your satisfactction and if you have any issues, share them and if you hvae, share them with Elena.

unpleasant experience

close to beach and shopping

My wife and I arrived at this hotel for my birthday. I politely asked for a quiet room and was promised the best room in this hotel. And we got a room near the dining room, every morning we woke up at 06-00 with the workers of the dining room. I requested another room, but the staff could not move us to another room due to the fact that the hotel was full. And in reality there were empty numbers. There is no place to dry things on the balcony and the balcony overlooks the place where people have breakfast. By the way, the food was not tasty. I regret ordering food from them In general, I am not very satisfied with the experience of being in this hotel.

-no hanging door signs for do not disturb/do not clean -the handymans were starting the work early in the morning, fixing stuff around the building and making noise -the doors closing mechanism implied to slam them a little and some of the guests tookt the assignments seriously 😂

The hotel is superb! The room was big, sparkling clean and the beds were super comfortable. Everything is new and it shows. We had the half-board option and the food was diverse and delicious. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. The pool is great and well looked after. As an added bonus, there is an electric charging point available in the hotel's private parking. (Note - you need to have the room key to access the parking lot).

The hotel is about 8 minutes walk from the nearest beach, however there are no walkways and the road is quite dusty. It's bot really an issue, as there are so many beautiful beaches nearby which can be accessed by car. The drinks from the bar were a bit expensive from my point of view. Again, it's not really a problem if you don't spend the whole night in the hotel.

The hotel and rooms were great. They were spacious enough, the cleaning was done regularly. Breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of choices and everything was tasty. The staff were amazing, very pleasant and helpfull.

The location was not perfect, but we knew that when booking and didn't have a problem with it as we travelled with the car to the beaches. What we did have a problem with was a loud live music on a Saturday night in a hotel full of babies and young children. To us it seemed completely unnecessary and prevented us and our baby from sleeping until it was over.

Everything was excellent, food, staff, location, facilities and service. We really enjoyed our stay in Greece for 2 weeks. strongly recommend!

The only bad think about the service was that all the time you need to change the bed shits, you had to request at the reception and we stayed 13 nights, should have a schedule.

The floor of the room could have been cleaned better (there was dust in some areas). In some days the cleaning ladies came to take the garbage around 3:30 PM, when we wanted to take some rest or the child was sleeping.
