Greek warm hospitality, amazing location, comfy rooms
Everything was so well thought through- the owner gave us his personal tips (amazing!), our kid had a separate space to sleep (privacy appreciated), generous pool hours and 30 seconds to the beach. Staying with our extended family at your hotel was exactly what we needed. I’d definitely come back!
Check when the swimming tournament takes place, it can be noisy for couple of days.

Everything about Nikiti Studio Beach is just as it should be. The location is on the main road, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, and it's easy to find. The only thing between the accommodation and the beach is the road. The yard is spacious and very well maintained, with a large swimming pool. Room 12 is comfortable, modern, and has a large terrace. Cleaning is done daily and properly. The beds are comfortable, and the bed linen is of good quality. There's enough space for all your belongings. Breakfast is served in the nearby restaurant and is both good and plentiful. Although the offer is the same every day, it allows for a varied selection. The juices are good, and the coffee machine—at least in my opinion—makes a good cappuccino. The manager is professional and does his job efficiently and honestly. He provides every guest with plenty of useful information and is available for anything you might need.

The facilities were absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and clearly maintained with so much care and passion every single day. You can really feel the love and pride that goes into keeping everything perfect – from the sparkling pool to the lush gardens and cozy common areas.

Great location and value for money
Location is perfect if you want to be in the central area. In front of the house is the Main Street and you have plenty of options where to eat. Once we arrived the host gave us tips where to eat and which beaches to visit. The room was spacious but needs a little refurb, however for the price is not bad. I liked the fact that property offers a breakfast and good coffee. They also offer a parking for 15€ per day.
Cleaning the rooms starts at 9:30 and keeps a precise order. It’s not possible to say to the cleaning lady to come in one hour.
