Good option, near the center

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room gets cleaned everyday and new coffee pods put in. The hotel is beautiful and well designed.

For the price we paid, breakfast should have been included. The pool is nice, but small. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel, you can not even get a drink for next to the pool. The workaround to this was a vending machine, but again for the price we paid - not nearly enough. No elevator or alternate solution for bringing bags on the upper floors - during the heats of July, was not easy pulling bags to the second floor.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

My partner and I were very happy with our stay. The apartment was beautifully arranged and furnished with great style and attention to detail. The location is excellent – just a 3-minute walk to the sea and the promenade. We also loved the lovely pool and the extremely friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

A very well rested stay in a beautiful facility.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property is fairly new and very well maintained. The pool is very claen and nice to swim in. The reception staff is very polite and welcoming. Location of the property is good, it is around 300 meters from the beach and the coastal street with all the restaurants, supermarkets and sunbeds. It takes you around 5 minutes max to reach it by foot. We came with our car but preferred to walk to there since it was so close. The parking was super for the facility. It is private and has shade tents for the cars. It has an automatic sliding door, so you don't need to worry about your vehicle. Our room was the two floor suite, it is very nice and modern, it has an equipped kitchen, which we used a few times to cook. The style of the suite is modern and very chique. It was very quite, there was no noise, and overall we mamaged to rest very well there.

The bed was not very comfortable, the matrisse is on the harder side, so we experienced some back pain. The stairs in this particular suite were rounded and not very well thought out. The steps are too steep, the second floor of the suite is too high, and at some places the hand rail is cut because it does not fit near the wall. As far as we saw the other suites had normal straight steps, so if you are with a small child or a dog, it might be a good idea to check with the hotel if they can accomodate you in the other suites Also the outdoor shower does not work, it is disconnected from the water, so that was a bit of a bummer when it came to our check out, because we stayed later on the beach and wanted to wash our selves from the salt water.

It’s not a hotel, and if you are looking for some privacy this is not the right place for you.

Location was great, considering it’s 5 min walk from all restaurants and 5 min drive to the beach we like the most

1. Bed was absolutely uncomfortable. It was in the “upgraded” studios. The bed was 140 cm and placed next to the wall. As a pregnant woman it made it extremely difficult to get out of bed in the middle of the night without having to wake up my husband. 2.Lack of privacy. We literally knew what every guest is doing and saying as balconies are very close and overlook each other and it felt like i am sitting with the neighbours… 3. The place looked much spacious in the photos, than the reality

Property was very clean, close to the center and the beach. Staff was incredibly friendly from the reception to the housekeeping. We really liked the design of the suite and the loft apartment with pool view. Properly has a private parking lot too. We went there with our little dog.

The hotel was nice but I feel that it lacked some small amenities for the price point.

I liked how quiet the property was and that the location was further back from the Main Street. The outdoor patio and pool were very nice also.

The coffee or tea was not replenished each day. The beds were not as comfy as I would expect.

no privacy the rooms very badly exposed !!! you drink your coffee with the other hotel guests on your balcony. sorry but never again!!!! badly arranged duplex like the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom on the ground floor of the bedroom not practical at all!!!!! clean hotel but very uncomfortable, too bad but very bad experience

Luxurious space amazing for any occasion

Spent an entire week for a workation here. The internet is solid, although not super-fast. Amazing interior and enough space to work inside and at the balcony. it’s fairly quite and the pool is terrific. The local cafes and restaurants are a walking distance and it is just a few min ride from few beaches worth a visit (Moa beach bar Koviou).

Perfect for Halkidiki stays!

Perfect location, close to everything (beach 3mins walk, shopping/supermarkets/restaurants and bars only 2-6mins away) - yet perfectly quiet. Cleanliness/housekeeping best in class - absolutely spotless. Modern suites with all you need - kitchen utensils etc. Relaxed atmosphere. Welcoming staff, from check-in to departure. Nice pool area.

Superb

The place looks very well maintained and new with a luxury vibe. It has a parking with shadow, which helps in the hot days. It is located only 5 min from the central beach and the central street with all restaurants, but at the same time it is calm and quiet. The rooms are being cleaned every day and you get every 3 days new towels and sheets (although they've missed to change ours on the 6th day, but it's okay). The ladies that are cleaning are doing a very good job and are always smiling and polite. Same for the girls on the reception - there wasn't a thing that we would ask and that was not provided or assisted with a smile! Our dog was welcomed on the pool and in the room without additional charges or issues, which made our stay there so pleasant. The room was good equipped, small kitchen that we didn't use for cooking, but still had everything that you need (including a toaster for sandwiches). There is a fridge in the room with a small freezer and it had already two bottles of cold water in it and ice in the freezer. The bathroom looks very good and gives you a luxurious feeling. The bed was comfortable too and good size. The balcony was nice and big and it was very pleasant to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The overall experience is great and we'll definitely look for a way to come back in Serenity suites. The room that we had was the Junior suite with partial view, which actually has the most privacy of all.

Would be good to provide the option for a small breakfast. + maybe a small bar to buy drinks and small snacks. A drying rack is missing on the balcony and could be useful for all the towels and swimwear after beach day.

Everything was lovely, the apartments are great, the pool looks amazing and the staff were always there to help and very friendly. Only 3 minutes walks to the beach.

The bathroom has only one hook to hang your towels, there’s not much space to dry/hang towels, but taking in account everything else it really didn’t matter.
