Not worth the price, a lot of noise. ( only for families)

Beautiful beach, the beach bar and tavern were very good quality and amazing staff😊

The hotel is definitely not 5*. The rooms are outdated and not worth the money(we got a good room). The beach was nice but I have never been to a louder hotel in my life , a lot of babies and small children definitely not couple friendly. When I say a lot, I mean a lot. We were never bothered before with this but it was only family oriented. Don’t go there if you want peace and quiet type of holiday.

Very nice beach and food was nice.

Rooms are very old and smelly. Drinks on the bar are not good, no mojito that you expect for 5 star hotel. The staff young and lazy, kind of rude sometimes.

Great location, but everything else was disappointing

The view, the beach, and the pool were all fantastic. These were definitely the highlights of my stay. The manager was very polite and friendly.

- The Wi-Fi was unbelievably slow, especially at peak times, making it practically unusable. - Although the resort is dog-friendly, there’s a €20 cleaning fee, which feels very high considering the poor cleanliness of the room. On top of that, only certain rooms are actually dog-friendly (which was not mentioned when booking), and dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. This makes it nearly impossible to have a meal unless you have someone else to watch your dog. - The room itself was not clean at all, and everything inside was very old, rusty and worn out. - The toilet did not work properly because the flushing mechanism was completely broken. - Communication over Booking.com was poor: responses were slow, and when I arrived, I was told that none of my requests had been received.

This was our second visit to the complex, but it will probably be the last one.

The beach is suitable for children because the water is clean. The food and service in the restaurant are of a very high .standard..

Тhere is no option to reserve a sunbed. The pool next to the beach is clean and pleasant, but the other one is shockingly dirty and disgusting, with broken and filthy showers. The room was not clean. The bathroom had mold, extremely dirty tiles, and a shower cabin where I had to bathe my child. The toilet tank was leaking, as well as dirty water from the sink.

Nice location and facilities but very dated interiors, watch out for the mosquitos.

The beach is very good, the facilities are nice, the staff is very friendly and polite, mostly young fellows. There is a convenience store with decent prices.

The furniture in the room looked very dated and out of place for a resort. Bed cots were bad. A lot of mosquitos whose bites gave me a nasty allergy that took a week to clear out and even caused my herpes to flare up. There's very little to do nearby, nowhere to go on foot and the road leading to the resort is dangerous for driving at nights. Food was sub-par, except for the bread and some of the cakes. No refreshments available during meals, not even tap water. Wifi is available although it gets overwhelmed at times. Cellphone reception is sketchy.

First of all five star hotel should watch who he hires. Staff in beach restaurant and main is rude, lazy, bad service. I do not recommend it at all. Wanted to order meal of the day. Ask the waiter what is it. He sais lamb. I said how its done etc. and i got some small piece of boiled faty meat with potato. Reallllyyyy bad. Then on beach you order burger and get it cold from yesterday i guess. There is a lot of such situations. Food so bad. So so bad. Each day same breakfast. Dinner dont know how to make food i guess. They should look up to Egypt and Turkey resorts.

The beach is conveniently located just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy throughout the day. The food was decent, with a fair selection available. The resort offers pleasant walking areas and is well-suited for families, with engaging evening activities for children. Most notably, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience.

The rooms are outdated, with worn-out facilities and a noticeable lack of proper maintenance. Despite informing the housekeeping staff to pay closer attention, cleanliness remained below expectations, with dead mosquitoes visible on the walls throughout the room. Guests should be prepared with mosquito repellent, as the presence of insects is significant and may result in frequent bites without proper protection. During our stay in June, the resort was significantly overcrowded, particularly on the beach, where the number of guests exceeded the available capacity of sunbeds and umbrellas. Additionally, the lunch options at the taverna were quite limited, with a lack of variety in the daily offerings.

Never coming back

The location and facility is great. They have the main reason to be successful, but everything else is a disaster Breakfast was good

The overall management of the resort Pool closes at 6, why? Room was cleaned 1 time in 5 days and the sheets weren't changed Staff is nice, but inexperienced No actual place to get normal food. Its a beautiful surrounding where you want to have a good meal and drink and enjoy the view but it is IMPOSSIBLE because they don't have food or drinks. The food/drinks they have at the bars is not good and very very few options Mini market is open at certain times but you never know when Overall, it's a pity for the resort as it can be amazing, they just need to invest and be better. Never coming back for sure.

Not a 5 star hotel!!!!

The beach... but it was so crowded that you couldn't find free spot. The sand was fuul of garbage, because ther was not enough at the beach

Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the standard of a 5-star resort in any aspect. Despite the hotel not being fully booked, we were placed in one of the most remote rooms – even though we were traveling with a small child, which was disappointing. The dining experience was especially poor. There was constant overcrowding, the food selection was limited, and many dishes ran out repeatedly. At times, we had to wait 15 minutes or more for refills. Tables were often left dirty, and the buffet area was messy and unhygienic – likely due to the rush and poor organization. The hotel is old, the surroundings are poorly maintained, and the furniture is clearly worn out. Cleanliness was also below expectations, with several areas that did not feel properly cleaned. Overall, this was not the kind of comfort or service we expected from a hotel rated at this level.

The beach was nice and I liked they upgraded us to a premium room with a nice welcoming but that was the highlight of the experience there.

The food was terrible and massively over priced for what you got.. the breakfast was basically all grease.. if you want to over pay for a 5 star hotel with a 3 star experience then this is the best place for you. My wife got sick from the food and when we wasted if there was a way to get water they told us they didn’t have any to give but there was no where we could buy some but said drink from the tap which isn’t treated or sanitized.. and then when we brought this up to management they didn’t seem to care about it.

Nice place to stay in Chalkidiki

Staff and members very friendly, breakfast was tasty, the beach was nice also the location was suberb. Is ideally for families or you want to be in a nice spot in Chalkidiki.

Weren't provided with fresh towels or toiletries regularly. Cleaning ladies weren't reliable as expected. Wi-Fi had here and there problems in the room.

I do not recommend this hotel.

Only the beach is NEAR the hotel.

My impression of the hotel- its declining. The beach is covered in seaweed, no one even acknowledges it. There is no way of exchanging your beach towels, which are given to you on your first day. We stayed for 11 days and were supposed to use the same towel for whole stay! The BeachBar is consists of few tables in shadow, but most of them are directly at the sun. It’s almost impossible to sit there and enjoy a drink at the beach. Also the staff at the Bar wasn’t very welcoming. The shower at the beach is present, but it doesn’t really work. It’s impossible to wash your feet before entering the hotel, therefore all sand is coming to your room. Cleaning is also bad. They clean exclusively at 13-16, when the temperature outside is the highest and many people choose to stay in their room and nap. The cleaning itself is also useless, as they do not clean the sand, they simply put it in the corner of your room. The internet works only at the balcony, with means that you cant even use it in your room without going to the heat of the balcony. The choice of food is very limited. After several days you get bored of the range of food. All in all, it’s not what you expect at five stars hotel. Maybe before it used to be a real 5 stars hotel, but now its just shell of itself.

All in one, private beach. Rooms are big and spacious.

The breakfast becomes repetitive. One umbrella and two sun beds cost 10€ (it includes two drinks from the beach bar). The beach could be cleaner. The rooms could be cleaned a bit better

Remote property on a beautiful beach with great service!

it was in a beautiful location on a private beach. Great service from reception to dining. The manager even personally greeted us! Nice breakfast buffet.

AC wasn’t operating when we were there as it really wasn’t required due to the unusually cool weather, but they brought us a fan as we are sensitive to a warm room. The big beautiful outdoors pool is not heated either. I’ll have to return when it’s warmer weather to fully enjoy this place.
