The property needs a lot of improvements (repairs) - 10 years a go was nice, but for this price it should me renovated!

The view

Old house that needs a lot of improvements (renovation) - the bath was smelling like a swap - my kid was afraid to use the hot water vacause of the smell. The pictures from booking are “tuned” (photoshop/ 10years a go)

Lovely

The host was really friendly and helpful. He gave us really usefull recommandations and tips. His family is so lovely, they made us feel cozy and welcomed. There was enough space for our dog to run around and play.

Perfect house for family vacation

I like a lot of thing. Firstly the location , it was perfect, we were close to other locations as well for night walks! Secondly it was high and that means less hot during the day. Thirdly the house was perfect and cozy . The pool was perfect

Location, location, location

Kostas was lovely. He really made the last stay of our vacation more memorable. We did not expect to have no restaurants or sights to visit near us but alas it was not the opening season . However Kostas organised a hire vehicle to be brought to the door and gave us some amazing pointers on where to go. It was one of our highlights

Lovely Gardens but Apartments in need of a Makeover

Sanidiamonds is an in an isolated location. You definitely need a car. Ideal if you need solitude or want to write a book. The gardens were beautiful and well kept and the views lovely. Konstantinos was kind and helpful during our stay. You definitely need to come with your food shopping. The terrace was lovely, overlooking the garden. We got to see the olives being harvested.

The apartment is not like the photos shown. It is definitely in need of a makeover. The bed was uncomfortable. The cupboards were cheap and badly put together. The drawers in both bedroom and bathroom were nearly unusable. The shower wasn't very good with only a hand held appliance. The water went everywhere which is very Greek but this was excessive. Given the money we paid we felt it was a poor deal. The apartments are not really walking distance to any bars/restaurants. There was nothing on offer at Sanidiamonds. The pool area wasn't particularly inviting. The apartment was also quite cold.

Great for families

The apartment was fantastic! It was so homey and peaceful. We loved the view from the balcony and the fruit trees were so lovely. Our boys really liked George and he was very helpful. We liked that it was walking distance to the beach yet removed enough that it was quiet and relaxing.

A restful and restorative break in beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful location on the hills above Sani Resort overlooking Aegean Sea. 5 min walk to Sani Resort which has lots of restaurants, other restaurants and beach clubs. close to Bousoulas beach which is beautiful and very peaceful. The garden and pool on the property is beautiful. Konstantinos was extremely welcoming and helpful and arranged a hire car for us which we wouldn’t have been able to do ourselves.

Nothing but it is helpful to have a car to travel to local beaches and get groceries.

A relaxing retreat

The property is beautiful and set on a hill over the marina. our apartment had stunning views with a great balcony to enjoy it. It is a little further away from the Sani resort and there’s not much else around so if I return I will hire a car for sure. The best thing about this place is the staff in particular George who is super attentive and makes the best food and drinks.

It’s mentioned in some of the previous reviews and I can confirm the bed are pretty solid. I do enjoy a harder mattress but this was pretty uncomfortable for me.

Lovely pool in the apartment grounds and lovely greenery and view overlooking Sani.

The steep hill leading up to the apartment was challenging. Not suitable for a young family or infirm unless you hire a car for your stay. The double bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable - just a foam mattress so barely slept most of the holiday. Bath towels had seen better days, they weren’t white & fluffy and maybe the provision of kitchen cleaning equipment would have been appreciated. I had to wash the crockery before we used it. Paid a lot of money for the apartment so would expect the quality. The supermarket really didn’t provide what you needed for a self catering holiday. Very little choice and expensive. However, we were very grateful that Konstantinos took us to Lidl to do a food shop.
