A perfect family holiday with kind hosts, great comfort, and the beach right next door.

Silent and well prepared accommodation in Chalkidiki

Thank you for Tasos and his family for this accommodation. They were pretty helpful for us and they informed us about the neighborhood of the facility. The sea near to the property clean and includes some bar and cafes. You can benefit from lower prices. It is so close to the Nea Moudania and gorgeous beaches in Chalkidiki. To reach everywhere, you should have a automobile and motorcycle.

Excellent accommodation, the hosts were very generous, polite and open for any help. Apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We also liked the playroom for the kids, they enjoyed the stay!

The place looks much better than in the photos. Dionysus is a small village that offers peaceful getaway or holiday. The staff there was super cool and amazing, they gave us the warmest welcome. The room was so clean and tidy, equipped with appliances and extra fresh sheets & towels. The terrace with a side sea view was super cool. The villa itself seems organized, there was first aid box, table tennis on the 1st floor, cozy coffee tables in the yard. I have been to nearly 10 times in Greece, but these hosts made our stay very pleasant.

Paralia Dionysou is a wonderful place for a family vacation with small children. Hause Zorbas is a nice property with very kind and helpful owners. It's clean and most important very close to the beach. We had a very good time and definitely will come again.

This was a surprise trip for my parents and they loved the place. They especially said that the owners were very nice, helpful and kind and that they would love to return to hotel Zorbas if they come back another time.

They had no negative experience with room, staff or anything else.

We have probably found the best vacation place in Greece so far, very children friendly.

Great location, just 20 meters from the beach! Great hosts - we immediately felt like family just upon arrival, made us coffee and they shared cherry jam and chocolate cake with us!

Everything was great

We were staying for one night. When we arrived the owners were very kind, they welcomed us with a bottle of cold water, which came in very handy in the hot weather and allowed us to choose a room and early check in. We were accommodated in one bedroom apartment. The room was good and spacious enough with a large balcony. Everything was great.

There are no sunshades on the balconies, there are two umbrellas that do the work. The house is located next to the beach and a tavern, so the tavern staff was very noisy at night (until 2 am), clearing the tavern when the guests left and knocking on the dishes could be heard making a loud noise in the silence of the city. So if you want a quieter place, sit on the other side of the house.

Wonderful place for a holiday

This is a mini apart hotel which has the best location in the village, almost on the beach. Very nice helpful hosts. They gave us a ride from a neighbor village to their hotel and gave us a better apartment than booked. The rooms there are like on the pictures. The 2 bedroom apartment is even better, it is compact but very well planned. It has a kitchen with a big refrigerator, 2 separated bedrooms with an air conditioner in each of them and 2 balconies, one overlooking the sea and the other over a quiet yard. Very comfortable mattresses. It's very good for a long stay. The hosts are always at the reception in case you need something, always smiling! Sometimes they treated us with very delicious home made cakes. There are many cafes and bars around, a few minutes walk to a food market. Nice promenade along the sea to the left or to the right, 30 minutes walk to Neo Mudania with it's shops and restaurants.

Great Hotel

The accommodation went softly, the owners were very friendly and polite. The rooms were nice and convenient. I didn't find any problems at night, the town wasn't noisy at all. There was a nice tavern close to the hotel so finding good food was not difficult. If you have any problems the reception is open all day long and they will help you immediately. We enjoyed our stay and it would be pleasure to go to Hause Zorbas again.

كل شيء كان مثالي ، الشقة نظيفة ، الواجهة جميلة ، قريب جداً من شاطىء البحر ، اصحاب المكان رائعين جداً ومحترمين ورحبو بنا في كل الاوقات ، الابتسامة لم تختفي ، كل شيء قريب من الشقة المطاعم ، المحلات التجارية البحر ، الكافيه ، محلات الايس كريم ، الشاطىء والبحر نظيف جداً ، انصح به بشدة ، وسوف اكون من اول الزائرين في كل سنة ، مكان مناسب جداً للعائلات .

Къщата е на плажа,удобни легла,две тераси с гледка.Чудесни домакини,бяха на разположение по всяко време.Бяхме с куче ,нямахме проблем.
