Excellent place to stay in the area

Very kind and responsive hosts. Luxurious villas with private pools and views of the lake and the sea. They gave us a free upgrade and provided us with a private villa, for which we are grateful.

In winter, the air conditioner in the living room is not enough for good heating, since the ceiling is very high and the warm air goes up.

A little piece of heaven

Flamingo villas is a an absolutely amazing place. All villas are very beautiful and inspiring, surrounded by spacious green yards and overviewing the flamingo’s lake. We were very lucky to actually see many flamingos during our New Year’s stay. In addition, the owners of the complex are a lovely couple! We really had a great time, thank you so much, Stefanos!

The accommodation is not luxurious, but it seems worth the price (we stayed in a small apartment; we would not have paid

The owners were very kind and attentive. The location is convenient, but you definitely need a car. I liked that it was relatively quiet even though there was a road nearby.

It's not very convenient to constantly go up and down the stairs. The kitchen was missing some basic items and, overall, it's not very convenient or conducive to cooking. I tried it once and that was it; the rest of the time we ate out. The refrigerator is an absolute tragedy: small, inconvenient, the door opens on the wrong side—practically unusable. No matter how you set the air conditioners, they always blow on you and are either too strong or you can't feel anything. It could be a little cleaner (the bathroom, kitchen, bedside tables).

Peacefull place for rest

It's a really nice spot to relax from city life. So calm and peacefull. It has everything you need for rest. The swimming pool is not deep but it's great that you have it. I would love to come back one day.

We really enjoyed the terrace and possibility to have a breakfast outside, the pool is also very nice and big enough. The cleaning ladies were always super nice and they did a great job! the beaches nearby (by car) are almost wild and beautiful! <3

There were no flamingos at all. They are gone from may to oct, so basically the whole holiday season. We were very upset cause we chose those apartments especially for a view =((( of course nobody told us that the experience is far away from the description

An instagrammable stay! A place to come back anytime!

Nice and helpfull host! The places recomended by the host worth to be visited! Clean, elegant, stylish apartments..The complex have also some villas, each with private pool, that for sure worth to try. The flamingos are spectacular and the number it's overwhelming! Quite a view at the sunrise! A place to come back for sure!

A double sofa bed is slightly small and uncomfortable for adults..would've preferred two twin beds and a double bed in the suite. So if you are 4 adults make sure to go for the quadruple suite.

Great vacation at great location

Well-maintained facility with great owners and staff members. The host is great and she will help you to get around Chalkidiki with great recommendations. If you are looking for a beach or restaurant or night bar recommendation, just ask her, you will not be disappointed. The location is great to visit the first and second leg of Chalkidiki. We had a great 10 days, and will gladly come back.

Wifi is good, and coverage is great throughout the area, just check speeds if you plan to work from location.

Relaxing luxurious stay

I stayed in September 2022! The suites are located in an amazing location with flamingos nearby. You can take great pictures with a long zoom photo camera. I spent most of the day taking photos of the . Privacy, calmness and relaxation, no noises to disturb you. The suites are big, clean, richly decorated and all have character. Everything is new and in great condition. The bathroom is spacious. If I have to say what I liked most are the mattresses that are great for sleeping, since I have back pain everyday, I had very good sleep there. The beach is very clear, rich sand, without pebbles and only 5 mins drive. So many beach bars and not expensive kind The staff always there to help us, guide us.

If you want to be next to the nightlife and the night bars close to your hotel choose Another location.

We had a problem with our first night since we didn't get the room we booked but a room that is not for a family it was unpleasant situation since we should get what we book and not what is available. i wished they informed us before arrival since i booked the room month in advance. Chairs on the balcony are really unconfutable maybe get some puffy cushions for them, last day we were there pool was dirty so maybe pay attention to details like that but over all it was not bad at all, just some beginner mistakes

Cadre de rêve. On se croirait dans les caraïbes. Les suites et les villas sont luxueuses et cosy. Katerina et son époux sont à l'écoute, aimable et très professionnels. Je vous recommande sans hésiter ce complexe hôtelier en bord de mer pour des vacances relaxant en couple ou en famille. Vous pourriez même apercevoir des flaments roses :) Nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit. Merci Katerina.

Endroit idyllique, à refaire en été !

Vue incroyable, villa magnifique, endroit très calme , personnel charmant et hôtes très réactifs

Tout est fait pour vivre à l’exterieur, or nous avons eu 3 jours de pluie. Ce n’était donc pas évident sans table ni chaises de manger à l’intérieur. La piscine n’est pas chauffée donc l’eau était très froide à cette période de l’année.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und absolut sauber. Thessaloniki ist gut zu erreichen, es gibt tolle Strände in der Nähe sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen – vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Curatenie exterioară, gradina frumos amenajată, piscina usor accesibila.

Deluxe 1, este un studio care dispune de o canapea extensibila si un pat care este ampalsat la un etaj unde accesul se face pe o scara extrem de abrupta si ingusta, iar tavanul este jos (dau cu capul). Galagie de pe sosea care trece pe langa cazare. Problema cu apa calda.. nu prea era sau doar la cerere pentru ca dupa ce am sesizat, a venit apa calda. In rest, locatia este extraordinara.

Als ik dan echt iets moet bedenken… Voor mij was het bed een beetje hard maar dat is erg persoonlijk uiteraard. Het is het enige dat ik kon bedenken, verder was alles perfect!
