8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Fabulous location - beachfront with lovely spacious gardens, well equipped with furniture and outdoor facilities. Not far to restaurants and supermarkets. South facing balcony with view of Mount Athos, the sea and the garden. Very comfortable beds and quality linens. Towels changed and bathroom cleaned regularly. Very welcoming family owners.
The kitchen was poorly equipped and in need of complete refurbishment. One bedroom was open to the kitchen. The shower didn't drain away. The next door apartment toilet was next to our main bed, so very noisy if they flushed the toilet at night or early morning! One bedroom had no storage space and the main bedroom storage was open - no doors.

A building with around 6 apartments on a large green yard with direct access (ending in) the bay sandy beach. Furniture is light but functional. All apartments are 'sharing' some sea view, with large balconies adding comfort. Our particular app. has one bedroom, with the second bed embedded in the kitchen area, so basically is a 2 adults plus 2 kids setup. A touch of minimalist design improves rooms aspect.
The rather light structure of the building and the light furniture means you can hear the other guests, kids, music, etc. There is limited privacy in this regard.

Yard was wet.

very nice property with garden and beach
The owners: making a party in the garden with their friends in front of the guests and making noise until 2 o’clock in the morning disturbing the guests does not make you a good host.
