Place looks modern, good furniture and design. Close to the beach. Friendly staff at reception, spa and room service. Breakfast food ok. Room service food very good!
Crowds of kids.
Breakfast place did not have enough tables, had to take mine outside where it was windy and cool in early October.
Pool suite was anything but quiet (noise from kids at the main swimming pool + either cleaners or kids were constantly loud above me). For €1,800 I would expect to be shown more respect and offered a less noisy suite.
Overall, my fault as well - I needed a quiet serene place at this distance from airports, in this time of the year and at this price.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and felt brand new. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself has excellent facilities.
- There seemed to be plenty of staff at the bar, but they were always busy with something, so it was difficult to get their attention and place an order. Because of that, I often had to wait quite a long time.
- The hotel’s beach was not very good — it looked more like a lake than a typical nice beach in Sithonia. We preferred going to Karidi Beach, and we didn’t swim at the hotel’s beach.

The overal design, spaciousness of the rooms, hospitality, food and service were great! I loved the interior design, landscaping and ambiance of the hotel. The music choice at the bar & restaurants were great. Watching the sunsets with great music was amazing!
The sea is very shallow and still, which are great qualities especially when you’re traveling with kids. However, the water is way too still almost like a “lake” as the staff calls. Also it is 1,5 hrs away from Thessaloniki airport with car.

Supern location in the middle of nature, with very good design. The food was good and rooms were clean
Most of the staff were unwelcoming, and both the reception and general service felt unprofessional. There were strange rules that made things unnecessarily difficult, for example, they refused to provide us with a second key card, citing “safety” as the reason. When we asked to have dinner as a group of seven, they wouldn’t allow us to move the tables together, even though there were adjacent tables available, claiming they couldn’t change the design.
The restaurant was clearly understaffed, with slow service and frequent issues, things were often missing or delayed.
The sea in front is murky, unlike most beaches in Halkidiki. The common toilets were never clean. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the design, atmosphere, or pricing level of the hotel.
