First of all the service is very good, they take the time to get to know you and are very attentive to special requests!!! A special THANK YOU to Younes who was always just a short text away from answering any question and went above and beyond for us! 🏆second, there is so much to do here for kids and adults! Pools of all kinds, including a private water park and private beach! Many of the rooms come with a private pool! My kids went straight into the pool morning, noon and night. The area is far from city lights so you can see hundreds of stars, it’s amazing! I could go on and on… It was a very special vacation for us!

While there are many options of where to eat and drink such as the main bouffe restaurant and two more à la cart restaurants, swim up bars, etc. And the food was always fresh! Even so, as an adult foodie I struggled a little bit.

Restaurant selection fine and met my expectations for an all-inclusive, but wouldn't call it 5* All-inclusive drinks selection limited & bars look sparse Could do with some more shade in the exposed bar & restaurant areas Little maintenance problems, e.g. leaking cistern, some broken lights, broken pool tiles, wonky cupboard door scrapes on floor (though it's fair to note that I did not report these, and I heard from others that their maintenance problems were swiftly resolved when reported) Limited on-site shop (considering extreme distance from other villages/towns) Do not disturb sign falls off the door with the slightest breeze - had to tie it on using a paperclip lol

We got a free upgrade to a beautiful house. All the facilities were in excellent condition and very stylish. The infinity restaurant (standard restaurant with all inclusive) had lots of choices. Some were of very good quality and taste. The hotel is an actual village with a kids' playground that was immaculately clean and a very cool water park. Also lots of pools and a nice little spa that was very clean.

Some of the staff were a bit too casual for a five star hotel, they should be reminded to be always polite and formal in their conduct (not applicable to the reception desk staff).. Staff in the infinity restaurant sometimes couldn't keep up during business hours and tables were not always cleaned after use, which is unacceptable for any hotel, even more so a five star one.. Some food choices were completely tasteless, some quality checks should be done. First time in Greece having eggs with no taste (one example only). Hot tab/jacuzzi in our room was broken, stove was also not working and there weren't any kitchenware like pots. Beach is probably one of the worse in Chalkidiki, super rocky, not the hotels fault of course but need to be said given the areas high standards in terms of beaches. The hotel offers frequent transfers with mini bus to the beach which was very nice. The beach bar is free for guests. Drinks in the various hotel bars were nice.
