The hotel ‘s location is excellent.The view from our room was excellent and the hotel staff was very attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived until our departure. Breakfast and Dinner were adequate and our room was very clean.There was a complimentary bottle of wine in our room when we arrived. We were delighted to receive a gift from the area upon departure. we only had b&b so didn’t experience the buffet dinner. We enjoyed the selection at breakfast but the food at the antonino’s restaurant wasn’t 5* for us. Was also very pricey with drinks to match. Didn’t feel like we were getting our moneys worth.

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Staff and Perfect Surroundings

This hotel is amazing, we are impressed. Food was delicious, dinner was different and various every evening , breakfast was always tasty, a lot of choice, I loved the fresh orange juice machine. Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind — they checked in with us every day to ask how our holiday was going and promptly responded to every request we had. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was outstanding — everything was spotless and well maintained. The beach was beautiful, the pool area relaxing and perfectly kept, and the overall atmosphere truly made us feel at ease. Everything exceeded our expectations — a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and care. Highly recommended!

A tranquil escape in a vibrant location

A serene retreat with its own private beach, offering rare seclusion and tranquility despite being in a lively destination. The pools and beach area are wonderful—though the beach is small, it’s easy to relax by the pool and take a few steps to the sea. The room was spotless, with housekeeping both thorough and friendly, even adding a charming touch by arranging my nightgown into a bow each day. Antonio’s restaurant was a highlight, with the seafood barbecue and live saxophone night creating an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, sausages, bacon, and local specialties.

Suggestions for improvement: - It would be great if everything in the room were checked before guests arrive (we had a clogged sink and a night light that wasn’t working). To their credit, staff addressed these issues promptly once informed. - The room door had some small gaps that let in light and a bit of noise from the hallway—perhaps an easy fix to make the rooms even more comfortable. - There were quite a few instructions regarding housekeeping (such as how to request towel or bedding changes). While I understand the idea, at a 5-star hotel it would feel even more relaxing if everything were refreshed daily without us needing to think about it.

Exceptional property matched by quality of staff.

We liked everything about this hotel. I don’t want to be too enthusiastic so it stays a well-kept secret 😉 It’s a really lovely hotel with outstanding facilities. Our room was massive; more like a suite with a sofa and balcony. The welcome wine and raki was a lovely touch and this level of thoughtful service continued throughout our stay. The hotel really is beach front and there were always loungers in the shade available for us. The main pool is enormous and again, it has more than enough loungers with shade. This sounds like a minor thing but as a very fair-skinned European it really matters. Not having to set alarms for 5am to reserve sun loungers was a dream. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The hotel staff are really kind and thoughtful; there were older people staying at the hotel and they were helped into the sea every day by hotel staff and lifeguard - this is not something you see at many resorts and we were really impressed by their care and attention. Thoroughly recommend.

Definitely worth. Amazing views and food

Feels like a paradise on earth! From really nice foods to the friendly staff, everything was perfect. Definitely didn’t feel like a ‘typical’ Halkidiki stay. Even for a local like me , I forgot that I’m in Halkidiki! It felt like I’m somewhere else, a tropical place! The staff made our stay perfect. Especially George from guest relations and Vasia from the reception!

One of my best stays over the past 10 years, if not the best

Everything: quiet, modern interior-not pretencious, very nicely furnished, very well organized, bery comfortable, immaculatelly clean, nice braekfast with plenty of different choices. Wonderfull pool area and beach. If there is something wrong with some of the apliances-its fixed immediatelly, and even things you did not complain about-if they have noticed it not functioning properly-they replace it with you not even sayng anything about it. Very nice quiet bar on the beach and in the loby. Sometimes there is a music event-very good choice of performers (regardless of wheter it is a DJ or a band).

the property is very clean with nice pools and beach , whe wifi signal was excelent all over the property and the staff is very kind, also nice arrival gift in the room

big problem !! the rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear everything from the other rooms which is unbeliveble for a 5 star hotel, we had 6 nights of nightmare hearing other guest moving furniture , watching tv , or snoring, which is very sad because sleep and relax is mandatory in holiday

Luxurious hotel, BUT some issues

Sapcious room. Highly lighted room (sun, lamps). Very comfortable beds. Excellent location in Chanioti, just near the beach. Superb breakfast!, very good buffet dinner. Excellent facilities - pools, sun beds and umbrellas, pool towels, outdoor gym, private beach, daily music at evening, daily pilates class (for 10 Euros). Facility is cleaned all over on a daily basis.

Dozens(!) of cats hanging around, some eat from plates of the guests - one cannot understand this hotel policy. Badly effects entire stay in the hotel. Safe is not attached to the wall! Never encountered such a poor installation. Extremely expensive services (5 Euros for a bottle of water, etc.). At breakfast there are many assisting personnel around; at dinner - very few.

Great vacation for adults only. facially just near the beach. staff is very friendly and try to assist on any way. We liked everything! The hotel is small, but very cozy, clean, and pleasant. The restaurant is excellent! The beach is very comfortable, the sea is clean and calm, and the room was convenient. We were traveling with our dog. We took her for walks outside the hotel grounds. However, it wasn't always safe — once, a local dog attacked ours. We parked the car inside the hotel grounds. Everything was great! This is one of those hotels you'd love to come back to again!

A very good hotel with a fair price-quality ratio that I highly recommend!

A place that exceeded my expectations! A small but very well located hotel, which offers very good quality services and benefits from direct access to the sea. The beach is very well arranged and with good services, internet is ok, music is loud enough and any kind of drinks. You rarely find staff in a hotel that is so dedicated. You can't help but notice that they are everywhere but they don't bother you at all! I've said it before in my comments but I'll say it again: if you want to quickly evaluate a hotel, you orient yourself by the coffee it serves! The coffee here was excellent! The breakfast was very good, you had something new every day! The room was large enough, very clean and tastefully decorated. It is very rare to find a hotel room where you have everything you need (even a shoe rack). A very good hotel with a fair price-quality ratio that I highly recommend!

Great and pleasant holiday at Domes Noruz

We have been on half-board package and experienced great breakfast and nice dinner meals. A vast variaties of food and lovely local vines. Room was very spacious and cozy. Ladies are cleaining it everyday, tho we were skipping cleaning every second day, since we are green oriented and do not require towels to be changed every day. King sized bad was so comfortable and pillows were stuffed with feathers providing such a pleasent sleeping. The stuff is excellent and guest oriented. Did not see for a while such a professionalism and guest respect.

We were placed in Zen Reatreat apartment which is detached from main building so you need to walk a little bit until you get to your room and a pool infront of a building. However, I could not find any garbage bin in that part of hotel resort, so if you are by the pool, you need to go to your room to throw a garbage or keep it in your bag and later put it into trash. So my suggestion is to place some garbage bin by the pool as you have couple of them next to the main pool.

Breakfast was exceptional. There was a large variety to choose from. The hotel was well situated-within walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. The hotel was on the beach which was one of our criteria. Great DJ every Wednesday and Friday evening for entertainment. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience. The rooms were very clean with crisp white bedding. Beds were slightly on the soft side but there was a great choice of pillows to choose from for a good night’s sleep. The restaurant at the pool served delicious food with exceptional flavors. The spa has a variety of treatments. We enjoyed 60 minute massages each. The spa ladies give excellent massages. Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience. We will definitely be back next year!
