Great choice to have a wonderful stay by the beach. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The beach and facilities were very convenient and nice for the long weekend. Room size for three people was great! We got one by the private pool

Choose a pool cabana room it is close to everything and you have your own lounges in the grass. Beach gets busy but bearable. Chrystal clear water. Buffet is exceptional . Staff are fabulous

The most honest review you'll read. We stayed at the resort for five nights, which gave us enough time to get a real feel for the place. There are a few aspects that don't quite match the overall luxury image of the resort. First of all, our overall experience was very good. However, we visited during peak season, so the price was quite high, and I believe it's only fair to evaluate the experience in relation to what we paid. The main hotel building dates back to the 1970s. Although it underwent a major renovation a few years ago, its age was still noticeable to us. The room itself was fairly basic, just as shown in the photos, but the bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It simply wasn't at the standard we expected or comparable to other hotels in this price and luxury category. We were later moved to the room type we had originally booked in the Zen Retreat area (Buildings 7–8) overlooking the Secret Pool. The difference was significant. The room was much larger, the area was peaceful, and the building is only about three years old. We highly recommend staying in this section while still enjoying the resort's main facilities, including the central pool and direct beach access. Above everything else, I want to highlight the service, which was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff took care of everything—they handled our luggage, completed our check-in, parked our car, and made us feel genuinely welcome. When we mentioned that we weren't satisfied with our first room, they immediately offered us the resort's largest suite at no additional cost. They even surprised us with a cake and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. On our last day, when we had a late check-out, they prepared an excellent breakfast box for our journey home. If I had to rate the experience: Staff: 10/10 – Honestly, some of the best service I've ever experienced. Hotel facilities: 8/10 – Everything is well-maintained and feels high quality. Room: 7/10 in the main building; 9/10 in the Zen Retreat (Buildings 7–8). Bathroom: 4/10 in the main building; 7/10 in the newer buildings. Overall, despite the shortcomings of the older rooms, the outstanding service made a huge difference and turned our stay into a memorable experience. If you book this resort, I strongly recommend choosing a room in the Zen Retreat section.

We had the most beautiful vacation thanks tk the staff who had exceeded our expectations. The pool was lovely and heated during spring, it was all ours in the morning. The beach is superb. We swam even if it is a little bit cold because it was just so inviting. The breakfast is delightful, greek yogurt and salad are the best. The room is beautiful, all amenities you can think of are included. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation.
