The hotel is located in a very central location, making it very easy to navigate with your car. It's also very close to the shopping and cafes area by walking, as well as beautiful beaches. Our room was a suite, large enough to accomodate 4 people. The breakfast was sufficient in variety, alright in taste. Staff was friendly. There were still certain drawbacks that surprised me in a 4 star hotel, especially for the price paid. The parking lot is a a field near the hotel, having a dirt road, with no shades which is not very convenient. Still good to have one. The rooms had an interesting setup, for instance we had 2 desks suitable to work with your laptop, but no chair provided. We only had some garden furniture type chairs in the room so we needed to ask for a basic chair to the room, which was luckily delivered. There's a kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster and a sink; but no dish soap is provided so you rely on housekeeping service to have your kitchen utensils cleaned. Certain items in the room needed repair, such as a broken bedside lamp and a non-functioning plug + USB charging port. The cleaning service was fair, but we didn't have our bedsheets changed during 4 nights. Considering I asked for a change right after we checked in due to the stained sheets, I can tell that the cleanliness needs some attention. The pool area is mostly crowded with all inclusive guests. If you decide to go to the beach bar of the hotel, there's a shuttle service, but it's only free if you buy a beach package of 29 to 59 Euros for two persons. We drove to the beach ourselves, which was not one of the most impressive ones in Kassandra area. Overall we didn't have any major issues with the hotel, but there's definitely room for improvement.
