Normal place for accomodation in Polykhrono

The host Konstantinos was perfect and very kind! He try to do everything according our willingness. The apartments are very close to the center and good supermarkets. There is own parking. The sea view from our room was beautiful.

It was too noisy. The main road is very close. If you want to sleep well you should close all windows and to sleep on air-conditioner. The furniture was limited and not enough for long stay, but the hosт provide us additional cupboard and it was almost OK.

Disappointing

Booking rating of 9.3 not at all comprehensible. Currently no recommendation despite high potential. + Location (centre, beach, shopping, bars, restaurant). + Parking spaces available + Friendly host. Thanks for that!

- Room not clean on arrival - Towels and sheets smelly (sweat / vomit). - Towels taken home picked up foul smelling smell after 2-3 days. - Poor daily cleaning (disgust factor high) - Very poor wifi connection in the room - Overpriced for this service level and what you get - Minimal kitchen equipment (e.g. kitchen towels missing) - Ventilation in WC very noisy - Very bright walls - Street noise audible until 3.00 a.m.

Absolutely amazing

We (two couples) stayed at the Deluxe Studios (upstairs) which are VERY spacious, with a fantastic balcony view. The rooms were impeccably clean, safe, and secure. The kitchen is well-equipped with the basic necessities for preparing meals - it has a good selection of utensils and cookware. There is no oven or microwave, but the portable electric hot plate / cooktop was great to whip up a home-cooked meal during our stay. The parking space is convenient, and the location structs a perfect balance, far enough from the main street noise yet so close to all the restaurants, shops and the beach. There is a great bakery next to the property, and fresh fruit shops & a mini market right across the street. Konstantinos was an amazing host! We arrived quite late in the evening and he was happy to meet us and welcome us to the property (even though we ended up running late, sorry!). He was very responsive as well – one night we had a power outage in a few of the rooms – he was at the premises and fixed the issue within 10 mins of reporting it. We loved every single aspect of staying there and we can’t wait to do it again!

Exceptional

Everything was more than amazing - great staff, room that was perfectly cleaned every day, available private parking, all that you might want to see was on walking distance, and the view from our terrace was just mesmerising. Will definitely come again.

We counted 7 parking slots (out of 11 rooms), still there is a public parking just in front of the hotel, so if you are lucky enough, you'll be able to park there.

Superb

re you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or coffee. The bed and pillows were comfy however, it is not a full double person bed (180cm) but only a 160cm which could be a obstacle for some. The staff was very kind and helpfull with everything.

As there are 4-bed apartments at the ground floor, majority were occupied by families with really small kids. And as the walls are very thin, these kids will wake you up even during the night. So if you want to have a quieter experience, I advise to choose a first floor studio instead. It could be less filled with crying babies.

I might come back to this place, because I liked that but for us Polychrono is not perfect city

Ultra fast WiFi, nice bathroom, very helpful and nice owner (gave us some very useful advices), close to city center, bakery, coastline, parking place (if You don't find place by the street, they have huge yard, to leave the car), nice table outdoor with electric socket to chill outdoor, little but usefull fridge

No WiFi access in bedroom, needed LTE, apartment is rather small but enough for the couple

The location is great. Close to two big supermarkets, a great bakery, private parking, a minute walk from the beach, and right next to the center of the vilage. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped with everything you could need and quite comfortable. The owners were very pleasant and nice.

Very cool and pleasant in the high heat end of July

Hosts very helpful. WiFi very good. Air-condition and kitchenware excellent. The famous Sani beach is only 30 km away. Every room has an air-condition which is rare for studios.

This is a touristic place and all beaches around are overcrowded. I booked at the very last moment and they did not have free studios on the first floor only on the ground floor which is a bit inconvenient because the outside tables are quite near to the studios next to us.

Excellent location, very clean, super friendly staff!

Great location, situated right at the entrance of the village with a small market and bakery nearby. The room was clean to perfection and very spacious. There was also a parking spot guaranteed by the property. Everyone that helped us were very friendly and welcomed all questions with a smile! Thank you

We would prefer more pillows in the sofa and not just one cause we were 2 people.
