Comfortable stay with friendly service, though some details could be better.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the beach and the city center. The breakfast was average, but the rooms were kept clean with daily service. The only downside was that the hallway could have been cleaner. Overall, the staff were very kind and helpful, which made the stay pleasant

There is no free parking available, but the hotel offers private parking for €8 per night, which feels much safer than leaving the car on the street. The breakfast could be better and overall cleanliness could use some improvement.

Horrible

Horrible hotel, and unfriendly staff. I know it's a hotel on a budget and I didn't expect any luxury but at least basic human hygiene and hospitality just a little bit. You need to chase cleaning ladies to tidy up the room. Breakfast is horrible, very poor choice and not enough for all guests (eg. limited amount of boiled eggs, after it's gone there's no more) , coffee is horrible too! There is mold everywhere! They pour chlorine and chemicals in the pool everyday like crazy, that is not healthy! From the concentration of the chemicals my clothes and bathing suits are burned and yellow! Cockroaches in the hallway and extremely filthy hotel toilets (the ones in the hotel lobby) for all the guests.Half the stuff in the room needed a good screwdriver! I am only talking here about basic safety things every hotel should follow, no matter how many stars.. absolutely disgusting, stay away from this hotel! And they don't have elevator???

I wouldn’t stay there again or recommed it to anyone.

The location is really nice, right next to the main street.

The breakfast was poor of choice. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The windows and balcony doors need to have nets installed to keep the mosquitos out. The staff was a bit rude after we asked to have our towels changed two days after they were changed first and even tho I am obviosly pregnant they told us that “they change them every 3 days and not every 1 or 2 days” so I had to beg them to give us at least one new towel and they agreed. There was not even once for 6 days that the person behind the reception desk would say hello or good morning to us which I find unprofessional.

Gave them two stars just because there was a bed in the room. Hair on the floor, hair in the shower, during our four days stay, they only came once to throw away the trash, they didn't even wipe the floors, sheets were clean, but pillows WERE NOT. We were supposed to have baby cot for free, they gave us a broken one, which was more like play pen (10cm above ground level, with no chance to leave your baby sleep there). Breakfast was very poor, very poor choice, same food every day. Even though we were with our 8 months old daughter, they gave us room on the top floor (no elevator), with a lame excuse that this was the room listed on Booking. Definetely not worth the money.

The location was really good, only 5 min walk to the beach and close to the town centre but not too close so it wasn’t noisy. Also the breakfast was decent, nothing amazing but it’s a buffet with a lot of options so will definitely be good enough for few days.

The towels we got in the room were dirty, so we had to call reception to change them. The shower head was also a bit broken so water was sprayed sideways, but it still worked I guess. Also one of the receptionists girls had a bit of an attitude when we asked simple questions. But other receptionists were nice.

First, the hygiene was terrible, especially in this Covid situation. They do not clean every day, you have to bag the staff for cleaning. Towel change, mission impossible, bad lining also. Cleaning staff “forget” to leave in room towel or blank sheets (twice!) Second, Breakfast was so poor, we had to wait for hours to refill salad or cheese, staff sees that its missing and wait, wait until you leave… and the last, staff was so rude, they sent us out of the room at 9, 9:15 in morning because they start to clean, when you say them to come for 10 mins just to prepare to beach, they got mad or scream to you. I was in this hotel two years ago, and this is now just worse. So disappointing.

Very bad wifi, almost useless (less than 2mbs) Breakfast you have to go early morning, otherwise you find only few things Hot water not after 21.00 Air condition not full operational Shutter not locking - they lock it with net cable Door number written with pen on the door No shampoo provided Hair dryer almost not working Reception not 24/7 - no phone on the room if you need something In general, great location and nothing more. For sure, not worth value, especially with that prices

Necesita imbunatatiri ale camerei si atentie mai multa la curatenie

Hotelul este intr o zona foarte buna, aproape de centru si plaja. Piscina si terasa sunt un atuu al acestui hotel.

Curatenia lasa de dorit in camere, prosoapele nu erau albe, avea pete pe ele. Saltelele sunt vechi si incomode, mobila scartaie, este stricata, iar in camera noastra lipsea o noptiera. In baie dusul, chiuveta, suportul de prosoape erau pline de rugina. Mai mult de atat, micul dejul a fost la fel in fiecare zi. Ce m-a deranjat cel mai mult a fost lipsa legumelor (doar salata de varza zilnic). Pe langa astea mai erau oua, margarina, foietaje, iaurt grecesc, cascaval si o sunca de calitate indoielnica. In 2 zile a fost pepene rosu.

Ostale osobine su bez primedbi. Sjajno smo se proveli, nije bilo komaraca te nam nisu bile potrebne mreze za komarce. higijena i zamena posteljine i peskira je svakog drugog ili treceg dana, sto je super

dorucak je isti svakog dana i to bi moglo da se malo poboljsa. Mozda bi moglo i da se malo obnovi bazen i kupatila.
