Clean and modern rooms. Great facilities, parking included. Decent breakfast.

The rooms were clean and with very new, modern furniture. There is a parking on site which is great. The breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but completely fine. The pool was great and there are Sun-beds next to it, so if the weather is not nice for the beach, you can chill there. The receptionist was nice and helpful, she recommended a good beach bars and restaurants in the area. The location is good, you can walk everywhere in the place.

Literally the only thing was the Wi-Fi. It could use some improvement.

Good value forcthe money.

I was in Superior double room. Room was very clean. Air Conditioner was prefect. Balcony and the view is very nice. Parking spot in front or inside the yard. Breakfast also nice and diverse. All in all, good value for the money. It is very close to the beach and city center, but also very quiet place.

The accommodation is in a good location.

The rooms are small, not as in the picture. The internet is terribly bad. On the first days, the maids changed the bed linen, brought clean towels, and cleaned the room. After the fifth day, they only left towels in the room and did not clean them.

The location was great - really near the center, the beach, all restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was very friendly, it was clean and comfortable.

The beach is too small and overcrowded. You should pay for sunbeds, which are located a hand away from each other and the sand is dirty and not well maintained.

Exceptional

We have spent our vacation at this family owned hotel again after last year, but this time we stayed longer (11 nights). Absolutely great place to stay. Excellent location with parking, really nice and clean pool and good, plus clean rooms with kitchenette. But the most important is the friendly staff who welcomed us back with great smiles and were really friendly throughout our whole stay. Thank you Cleo and Manos

A lot of things we didn't like.. For 100€ per night we expected clean studio apartments, without moisture, without dust , clean dishes, clean bathroom... Never again! I would recommend to everyone to read the reviews first before booking this place.

A truly delightful and memorable stay in every aspect.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. One of the highlights was its impeccable cleanliness. Towels were changed daily, and the bedding was refreshed every three days. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. Guests have access to the pool and lounge chairs, which added to the overall enjoyment. The hotel's garden is stunning, and the poolside bar is a lovely addition. Conveniently, the hotel offers on-site parking, and its central location in Hanioti was very convenient. I'm definitely looking forward to returning there next year. The exceptional experience guarantees another visit.

where do i start? not enough parking spaces!! the entrance to the rooms on the second floor is from the back, which is a disaster to see. ants enter from the back. there are no mosquito nets on the windows and at night it is not possible to fall asleep because of mosquitoes. the air conditioner can only work while you are in the room because the card is together with the key. you literally can't breathe when you enter the room.

Nice place to stay, a very good option in Hanioti.

It's a very nice place, close to the beach and city center, with a great garden. First we had a basic room, but the TV set had some problems. Just after two nights we got a free upgrade to a large two room apartment fully equiped, which is great and I highly recommend. The youg team - Cleo, Manos and Afroditi are super nice and friendly, ready to help you with everything you need.

I would suggest some rules by the pool, as in the first day it was a large group of bulgarian people who took over the pool shouting and jumping like it was their own pool.
