Great hotel with good food, nice rooms and nice pool. I recommend all inclusive for drinks at the pool. The barman is nice and makes drinks to order (strong, weak, sweet). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. They are cleaned daily. Beware that only about half the rooms are renovated. Check the pictures before booking. You will get a room from the picture. The hotel is honest. There are plenty of activities for adults but not so much for children. They have an awesome Greek night. The staff is a bit cold. They aren't rude but they don't try to remember you either. There is a lot of young staff working the summer holiday. The only staff who scared me was the manager or owner older lady. She doesn't talk much but gives dirty looks for kids being loud and childish. Other than her, the rest of the staff is OK. The pool is clean and good size with a lifeguard. The rules are enforced with no jumping or playing around the pool. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will come back.

Had the worst experience in staying in this hotel. My family and I booked a family sea view room. To our disappointment the sea was in front of us for sure, but there was a building in between! The room was the dirtiest room i have ever seen. Full of hair and dust. The towels and sheets were full of stains. AC was also very old and sounded a lot. After i turned it off it started leaking so much water i had to wipe it off the floor. The beds were some old rusty beds that were for sure at least 30 years old. We were so disgusted that we left after one night. Some common areas were renovated and looked nice but when rain came the main common area was leaking and they had a bucket and some towels on the floor. Pool area seemed awfully small for such big hotel. All and all worst place i have ever stayed. It was less decent than a rooms to let place 30 years ago and DEFINITELY NOT a 4 star hotel. We had a great stay at the Kriopigi Hotel, the staff was lovely, always helpful and professional. We received a complimentary upgrade as we thought the room we were allocated would be too noisy, thanks again to the front office manager and to Dimitri at the reception. The F&B team was really efficient too, the level of service provided both by the kitchen and the restaurant staff was great (especially considering the measures they had to comply to because of the pandemic). The food was good and the variety was sufficient, we personally would have liked to have more fish but, generally speaking, we appreciated everything that was served and the respect of a traditional Greek cuisine. The barman and barmaids at the pool bar were amazing as well. The only negatives would be the following: - the music by the pool is loud and lasts until almost midnight, i.e. you might find really hard to rest; - the location of the hotel on a busy main road and far from the beach makes it an absolute necessity to have a car; - we had an all inclusive formula and we would like to suggest they opted for better wines! 😊 All in all, we cannot but thank everybody for making our stay so lovely and we wish them all the best for the future!

Hotel is not near the beach, they have a shuttle service that goes every hour. Restaurant was far away from our room and it was very hard for old or disabled persons to walk to and for some reason they were locking door to the only shortcut. Room service was not so good, we got clean towels after 3 days and room was full of beach sand, not cleaned well enough. Wifi is terrible, you can hardly check email, definitely not high speed as advertised. All in all not too happy.

Pleasant stay, food was lovely, excellent service in the restaurant. Not too busy, we were able to get a sunbed every day. Handy to have the option of going to the beach on the courtesy bus, even though the hotel did advertise a train which we were disappointed wasn’t there! Lovely grounds and all very well kept and clean. Downsides - The entertainment wasn’t much to talk about and surprised the bar shut so early. It was a shame there were some items not included in the all inclusive package such as certain coffees, ie cappuccino. Also cocktails, perhaps one cocktail voucher per person per day may be well received!

Very nice hotel.We wore in a diferent building just behined the main building.Room was big and new I mean like a brand new.Bathroom big and very clean,Badroom nice confortable bad and pilows,very clean as well.Balkony nice spacies.Talking about clean,very very clean...The breakfast was nice with a lot of veriety of food,I was supprised...And again I hope that all others rooms of the hotel are the same as the one I stayed in it.If its all the same I will recomend as I did allready to my friends this hotel to everybody...

Not worth the money. I paid 200 EUR more trough your site than the rerular price at the hotel. The renovated rooms are great. There is organized animation for the kids. The pool is ok. The food is plenty but not very delicious. The breakfast is always the same. All inclusive is not worth it at all, you can have a dring till 23:00 and the party is till 00:00!? Nonsense. The beach is 5 min with a car or you can take an organized bus but you need to pay 7 EUR for two sunbeds and an umbrella.Conclusion: its OK, but not worth the money, especially paid trough your site.

Nice rooms. Good location, although not directly beachfront. Chalkidiki (the surrounding area) is wonderful! Green, beautiful beaches, very nice. Pool was OK. However, there is no functional fitness equipment; so dont let them trick you with that! Rooms were nice. Nearby village (Kryopigi) full of very nice taverns, cafes, stores. Many other cool villages and places nearby!

Kriopigi Beach Hotel is a great place to stay if you don't mind a 15 minute up/downhill walk to and from the beach. The rooms were larger than standard European hotels and the staff was great. Adequate breakfast and very close to nice restaurant and beach bars.
