the place is amazing

the beach and sea is clean and awesome
the amount of palms and olive trees in the reasort so many and so beutiful
the only think i would comment is
i think the food could be and should be better .,the towels should be quality and thicker for a five star resort
last one ,should organise animation for the children as you have way to many families visitors

We loved our stay at Kassandra Palaca Seaside Resort. We have spent 10 magnificent days there. It has everything, sandy beach, big swimming pool, several bars and restaurants and huge garden. Staff is so friendly and the food is great. The whole resort is clean and cared. Rooms in main building are not renovated, but they are in very good condition, clean and very well kept with a bed in which I slept like a baby. Great plus are pretty big terraces. Despite the fact that the hotel was full of guests there was pleanty of space on the beach, arround the pool and in bars and restaurants throughout the day. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

I do not usually review hotels, but this time I will. First of all, I don’t know who gave them so many good reviews, for us it was the worst hotel we’ve been in lately.
We booked via Agoda for almost 300eur/night. Not worth the price, considering the services and amenities provided
We’ve come in Greece for the past 5 years only to 5* hotels, but this is by far the worst we’ve seen. There was not one minute or one corner or one service that could make you believe you’re in a 5*. It barely qualifies for 3* in my opinion.
The rooms in the main building are old, mirrors in bathrooms are rusted, joints and faucets are old, rotten and rusted. Furniture is barely holding together. Bedding, armchair very used and dirty. Towels were stained and old as well. Hairs everywhere. in the room, in the bathroom, on the linen at check in, in the "spa". We complained about our room, they showed us 3 others, but the same issues were present everywhere. Totally diferent from what you see on the website photos
Main restaurant is not big enough for all guests. Very crowded and noisy. One morning we’ve seen worms in the orange juice. One employee explained it is the orange pulp, even after i showed the worms were moving in the glass…really?
Fried eggs were brought from the kitchen covered with some sort of plastic foil. They were already cold and had black stains under, probably from the metal tray in which they were kept for extended time. We reported this issue 2 times, they told us to talk more slowly. Then they started preparing fresh fried eggs
It is very bad that such behavior is not only ruin your holiday, but also leave you a bad impression on greek hospitality and food.
The gym is small. The sauna barely fits 2 people and smells like mold. I have never seen a sauna in a worst condition. The hammam smells strongly of mold and chlorine, I couldn’t last 1 minute inside
They have a nice beach and a nice garden, too bad for the rest.
An overall NO NO NO for this hotel and an overpriced failure for us.
