Ok-ish

Good location, on a beach with pebbles and crystal-clear water. We found the food to be good and varied. The rooms were nice and clean, even though the bathroom sink, toilet, and floor tiles were a bit dated.

Poor management, at least when it comes to problem-solving: - The elevator broke down twice in the first two days. When it was broken, it made a lot of noise, disturbing the children’s sleep. I called the front desk twice within 45 minutes and nobody did anything, so I had to personally put a chair in front of the doors to stop them from banging. - We noticed (and even showed the staff) a rat swimming in the pool on two different days, and nobody did anything. I had to personally ask a maintenance man to remove it from the pool. Private parking is available only for the top suite rooms and management.

Pleasant and relaxing place.

Location is excellent in the seaside and the village’s center only few hundred meters. Facilities were clean, well maintained. The food excellent with variety of local tradition.

Parking for the cars is missing while the majority of clients is coming with their own cars.

Despite the awful state of the room, we had a great holiday

Great location, friendly staff, meals a bit repetitive, but satisfying

The room furniture was not up to a 5* Hotel, 3* more likely, with obvious wear and tear, but the yellowish toilet, the worn out sink and mirror, the broken electricity sockets etc put it straight in 2* League. Nevertheless given we spent little time in the room it did not bother us much.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations!!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food and loved the convenient location. Would highly recommend it!

A joyful stay.

All staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, specially at the reception. I mention Anna, who could speak both English and German fluently and was always willing to help with a kind smile. The hotel is beautiful inside out, well maintained, clean and is close to the downtown (5 minutes walk). The beach is few steps away. There was a Greek dance show in one of the nights. We enjoyed the different dances they performed, we danced as well and had lots of fun.

GREAT

Location : 200 meters to the center but in a very quite place. Beach : Aegean crystal waters,free sunbeds , umbrellas and towels. Parking: Near hotel you can find free park places easily.Max.150 meters far i parked on the high season Food : Everything i have tried were very tasty. No body will be hungry with such good food and choices. Animation: Soft but enough. Greek Night was excellent. H K : Rooms were cleaned everyday. Towels changed daily. Everywhere were very clean. Staff : The best thing in the hotel.Friendly and helpful reception. Restaurant team was helpful. H&K staff very careful and working hard.Everybody was smiling from heart. But i have to add a big special thank to the F&B manager. He has unbelievable energy. He was cleaning table in the restaurant and after 3 minutes he was helping to open umbrellas on the beach. I was thinking that there are a few of the same guy.Every hotel needs that man !

Swimming Pool is small; if you need it when you can swim in that beautiful sea. Beverages could be better at the pool bar. I think it is the only problem of this hotel.

excellent holiday

Everything was great, the hotel, the room, the stuff, the food, the beach. The rooms are big enough, with all the things you need from the hotel. The stuff in the restaurant is very polite, and the food is really nice. The beach bar is nice offering drinks and coffee through the whole day, and sandwiches also.

It would have been nice to have some fruit in the beach bar.

Excellent location, beachfront, 5 minute walk away from the center and shops, a nice walking area

Same breakfast every day, too few waiters in the restaurant causing a lot of wait for drinks (they would arrive after we were finished with dinner!)

The staff was prety good, the were all positive , the entry and exit with a stroler for a kid was poor, stairs and slopes, the entry to the restaurant was ok, the elevator the servis and the bus boy was grea

the rooms were too small and dirty. the sunbeds were the worst quality possibile and falling appart the pool was dirty and unsafe the sitting at the pool bar was uncomfortable most of the staff was not able to communicate in any language other than greek the director and manager were entirely unbothered by the conplaints of the clients the food was stale most of the time the facilities were inadequate

Good

The beach is very nice and the sea is clean and warm. Rooms are very nice too. The food was delicious if you arrive on time, if not, you don’t have a big choice later. The staff were very kind and polite, especially those who work in the beach bar, but there are not enough of them. We got the impression that a couple of them were working the whole day.

The first thing is park lot. I know that it says that they don’t have it, but in my opinion, in a 5* hotel it is inacceptable! Next thing is the amount of food if you come later, the options are limited. Also, there are not enough sun beds for all guests, so you basically have to run and take some for you. Because there are more guests than sun beds. Animation for children doesn’t exist, there was one night some programme for them, but besides that, nothing. One more thing, during the day, on the beach you don’t have any fruit or snacks. Only some sandwiches (I will post a photo of it). All inclusive is up to 11pm, so after that you have to pay. Ice-creams are free from 3 to 6 pm, not the whole day.
