All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, always smiling, and ready to help—truly some of the best service I've experienced in any hotel. I also appreciated that the hotel isn’t too large, which gives it a sense of privacy and helps avoid the usual crowds. Even though Hanioti can be very busy in August, you wouldn’t know it while staying here—it feels peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect: just 100 meters from the town center, close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

Amazing!

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond all expectations. They made sure we felt comfortable at every moment, that every request was handled in the most pleasant and professional way, and even took extra steps to make our stay even better. For example, on the day of our checkout we had to leave early before breakfast, and to our surprise we found packed breakfasts waiting for us in the room fridges so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Their kindness truly made us not want to leave. The private beach is very accessible, pleasant, close, and convenient – we felt truly lucky to enjoy it. The location is 10/10 I highly recommend this hotel.

Tired rooms are not worth more than £100 a night, better places down the road

Food in restaurant was ok.

No no hot water at night The toilet flush was not working Reception tried to blame us that we did not inform them. One guy helped with suitcases was very polite the other one was talking in first person inn greek which is very rude. Breakfast was fine but orange juice was not fresh, people working there were chatting loudly to one another. We really don’t care about your work problems when we are on vac. The roof is tired, not worth £200, best to stay elsewhere more luxurious. I did not even bother asking for partial refund, reception was rude and they called us 10 times to vacate the room. I explained that we did not twos shower the previous day due to not having hot water and we need time to prepare ourselves, they did not provide complimentary late checkout, knocking on the door to literally throw us out of the room.

Wonderful place to spend vacation

Very well maintained hotel and beach that belongs to hotel,right in front of it. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free for hotel guests and one can stay on the beach for as long as it wants, unlike at some other places where guests are asked to leave a beach at 19:00 hours. Food at the bar is excellent in taste and variety and reasonably priced. Two minute walking distance to the shops and restaurants, all in all very pleasant place indeed to spend one's vacation

Our stay was wonderful. Location is excellent. The staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Whole hotel is clean and everything was amazing. Thank you all! We do recommend.

It’s great being so close to the beach on the private beach and the food was good. Great location, close to restaurants and shops but still quite private.

The drinks menu is quite expensive, especially if ordering cocktails (ours were around €13-17 each).
