An oldish hotel with meals provided, close to the sea. Common toilets broken/AC problems.

Location, but there are many hotels with the same location. Seaview apartment.

Air conditioning was broken the first night and was fixed only sometime the next day :(

Terrible hotel, not worth 1 star

The only good things was the location

The rooms were old, the bathrooms had mold , the smell was bad so we had to keep the doors closed at all times. The towels were not free, the TV remotes were not in the room, we had to pay 20 euros security deposit Beds very hard and uncomfortable

Sea view and the sea is right in front of you.

The breakfast and dinner are same, if you stay 5 6 days you will be full saturated of this food, in last 3 days i just drink coffe and juice, they won't give you money for food back if you take half board . I think its better to buy your food from other restaurants, you have alot of food in area to choose.

The only good thing about this place is the location.

Old building, old furniture, not comfortable beds, smells bad - especially in the bathroom, not enough water pressure, water was leaking, ants, the A/C didn't work (the front desk said it's already winter and since it's central A/C it doesn'tblow cold any more - September15th - 30C... after complaining for 3 times, they gave us another room.. definitely not worth the money and the stars.

The view and the village

Most of the staff not friendly Not very clean every time we walked into the room it had a bad smell which came from the bathroom. Balcony door would not close was something wrong with handle sent someone to fix bad job air-conditioning would not work. Stayed 8 nights worst accommodation ever could not wait to leave. Not worth the money paid. Only positive thing veiw.

The hotel needs serious renovation - the location is really good.

The location was the only thing worth mentioning - it's on the beach and near all the restaurants and bars, but not too noisy (at least not noisy from the bars and restaurants).

There was too much mold in the toilet; no parking is available at the hotel; every day early morning there is so much noise - the personnel was pushing some carts with food/bed sheets through the hotel yard, which was very noisy and enough to keep you awake at 6 am. The breakfast food was the same every day (it sums up to eggs all ways and some cheap salami). There were only two power sockets. The hairdryer was not functional.

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars, maybe I would have given it 1. Hotel guests are pay €15 per day for parking, and guests do not even have priority on the hotel beach, they pay for sunbeds. In the rooms, you can't get over how small they are, the bathroom as well, on the balcon we hardly open the door, not that we could sit. There is a TV, but there is not a single program! We are very disappointed with our stay at the hotel and would not recommend it.

A great 3rd stay at GrandOtel! Staff were friendly like always. We enjoyed everything - the rich breakfasts and dinners, the lovely terrace of the bar, the pool and the beach of course. We would love to come back again!
