Nice place near the sea

The pool, the food, loved coffee in the room, the staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The terrace and the whole atmosphere were pleasant.

I liked that it had everything you needed in a holiday with hotel perks: pool, breakfast and dining, cleaning. Breakfast options are nice. Near the beach. The facilities are clean and staff is friendly. Towels are available in the open. Convenient entrance to the pool from the balcony. Compact room for family of 4.

Just a suggestion: to add option with hot water tank for people who would like to drink tea, also would be nice to add that option for evening. Also more halal dish options in the evening would be nice.

PERFECT, JUST SIMPLY PERFECT IN EVERY WAQY, THANKS KATERINA AND PANTELIS

I really dont know where to start, would that be the Room (Cosy, Comfort, Clean, NEW), would that be the Location, would that be the structure it self I mean literrary perfect in every possible way, but what made the perfect stay there even better is the Receptionist Katerina, smiling friendly fast reliable you name it, and also the rest of the Waiters and Watressess, BUT MY NUMBER 1 Employee to my whole FAM is the Life Guard PANTELIS, I mean this guy is something that you barely see these days an Employee who loves his Job and who would give his trully 1000% effort to make your stay so comfort, always smilling, always around when you need something, I mean litterarry he was everything to the HOTEL what ever you need he is there, trying to speak multpile languages perfect in English, I mean litterary all the EE`s are selected as every Hotel should select their EE`s but here in this Hotel the exceeded that like every EE was with an Academy of Tourisam, we had a three nights stay and it was great I mean just Perfectly Great. Thank you MIRROR Hotel Special Thanks to Katerina and Pantelis.

Nice modern hotel, car is obligatory for nice beaches!

It is very new modern hotel with super nice facilities For example some automatic services in the room, new furniture, everything was very clean! Staff was also very kind and nice. You get the robe, some coffees in the room, wine as a welcome gift, everyday drinking water. We really liked staying there, it’s like a luxury island among that coast mess😅

We had breakfast and dinner included. It was always served nicely, but I would suggest to keep the dishes hot as when you just put it on the plate, it’s hardly warm. Fish was maybe 2-3 times in one week but it wasn’t good. It’s not the food of a 4 star hotel for sure, but they tried their best. The continental Greece seems to be different then Crete for example. So forget the diversity you got somewhere on Greek islands. Still quality was okay, we were never hungry for sure. Beach: it is disaster! It’s dirty, full of people, no place to walk between the sun beds, very loud and water not as beautiful. Good that we had a car and we went to around every single day to a new beach and that was beautiful!

Overall, amazing stay and very nice hotel.

Hotel in itself was very beautiful, comfortable with nice services, nice pool & bar area and a very good location, close to the beach and to the shops & restaurants. Reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and well-documented.

Food was not in accordance to the high standards of the hotel overall, more variety would have been nicer. Kitchen personnel & waiters could be improved or further trained.

Good option for the hotel, not so good for the beach, but overall it was a nice experience

The hotel is extremely modern and clean. Room was cleaned everyday, towels changed, nice personnel in all areas. Bathroom well equipped with free toiletries, walk-in shower. Room was spacious, with enough furniture for all our needs. Balcony is also large, with clothes rack, one table and two chairs. Double rooms on the first floor are exactly the same size / decorated as double rooms on the ground floor (we were able to compare our room with our friends room). Blackout curtains. The mini-fridge free refill with water every day was very useful. The pool was very clean all the time, and water was never cold. Short distance to the beach (5 minutes walk), and to the seafront promenade where we found so many shops, tavernas, restaurants, bars. Short distance to the medical clinic in the village (10 minutes walk). Underground parking, accessible by elevator too.

The breakfast was exactly the same everyday during our 1 week stay, and not too many options. Coffee not very good, only filter made. The dinner was better and varied, but still less options than we had in other 4 stars hotels. Food plates were often empty although it is a small hotel, were refilled much too slow, we had to often wait for good minutes and this happened every time, every day, with no exception. The shower head had too much pressure, spreading the water outside the shower cabin too. The pool could have used some music, more often and louder (most of the times it was too quiet). The lady at the reception provided us a wrong room type when we arrived and it took some time to sort out which was the correct room for us after our complaint - although this maybe didn't last more than 15-20 minutes, this was not very nice after long driving day to get there. However, we appreciated it was resolved. The beach was quite small and extremely crowded, you could barely step between the sunbeds/sheets, and kids had no space to play around the sunbeds, only in the water. The entry into the sea has no fine sand, at first there are small pebbles (were very disturbing for us so we bought aquashoes), and then there are larger rocks. After the large rocks area in the distance is also fine sand but that is too far where the sea is too deep for non-swimmers. Price for 2 sunbeds & umbrella was 20 euro (but included water and coffee from the bar).

It was very relaxing and I’d probably go there again.

It was a calm place with a clean enviroment. The people were friendly and the beach was very near. The air conditioners worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the ambient was very welcoming.

The beach that was near was really small and it was hard to find a place to stay there so we were kind of obligated to go to other beaches by car. I feel like it would be better for the 10€ per night price of the underground parking to be included in the total payment of the hotel and not taken as an extra fee. The cable didn’t have any access to the internet so we couldn’t use the TV for what we wanted. The breakfast was bland and there weren’t many types of food to choose from.

Exceptional

The hotel is a beautiful, new, modern, the best in Polychrono. Rooms clean, swimming pool good and clean ,food was good. The location was also very nice near to the sea around 5 minutes’ walk. Very friendly and professional staff especially for rating with 10/10 for Denis from restaurant, he is the most professional that ever I meet. Definitely we will visit again this hotel. Recommend it as vacancy place for families and couples.

Very nice hotel that we would love to come back again!

First of all the staff that was so helpful, kind, patient for our requests- Meri, Angela, Anastasia and all the rest that i dont remember the names. The hotel is so clean and calm atmosphere, the room is in a nice size, mini bar filled for free. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed it a lot!!

A nice and comfortable hotel offering great breakfast, dinner and a lovely pool. It’s fairly close to the Polychrono Bea

One of the best hotels in town and truly a place we would come back to. It’s a nice and fairly quiet place with a great pool and comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the service and food was great, too.

Actually we don’t have any concerns. Small improvement areas would be to offer different kinds of coffee in the morning, but overall just keep things as they are.

Had a great time

A small oasis within the city, it is peaceful and clean (partially extreme effort by the cleaning staff every day to have everything perfectly clean). We were worried about the closeness of the rooms to the pool but quickly determined that the windows were sound-proof and reflecting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool (we liked the sound system and all playlists). Very close to the beach and various good restaurants. We appreciated the private parking.

Very good breakfast, albeit not too much variety. Tasty fresh orange juice, brought at the table. Tidy room with daily bed sheets & towels replacement and refrigerator's content (soft drinks) replenishment. Cool & safe underground parking lot. Common areas disinfected every morning.

The rooms are modern look, sparkling clean with all the tiny details you need: dental kit, free Illy coffee capsules every day, refilled mini-bar every day, fruits... The terace has a view to the pool area and you can easily jump from the bed to the pool... Btw the rooms are super sound proof so even there are loud people in the pool you can barelly hear them. The food was also great, the variety might be more, but the food quality and restoraunt service was perfect.

Amazed, surpassed my expectations.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in!! The hotel was brand new and very clean. Meri Leka and the other staff made sure our stay was exceptional. I definitely recommend you to visit the hotel. It had everything you could think of from the bar, to the pool and everything you can think off. We also got free wine in our room. It was perfect!

Excellent hotel!

Excellent hotel! The room is very clear and everything is brand new. We had a bottle of wine and a plate of fruits as a compliment from the hotel. Everything in the minibar was included in the price of the room and was loaded daily. We had a coffee machine in the room and the capsules were also loaded daily. The staff was very kind and careful. The food in the restaurant was good. The pool was clear and it was calm. Great place if you look for peace and a pleasant setting.

Best place in Polychronos for families

Perfect location from the beach, facilities, cleanliness and the staf was very friendly. Mary and Sara were exceptional in providing service to our family. The food was always different, greek style and other and very fresh.
