The actual toom itself was lovely. The staff always smiling.
I didn't like how the restaurants were already booked up for the next few nights when we arrived. We only had the choice of going to the buffet (which rarely provides enough variety of vegetarian food) or eating at 9pm which when you have a 4yr old is too late. The android version of the app is not very good at all as you cannot see the cuisine type/menu on it when you are presented with the available dining options. We were also told about the sunset cruise which only goes on a certain day and that was even booked up by the time we arrived. The Japanese restaurant Katsu is definitely not worth the amount it charges which was much more than the Asian (which was fabulous) for less quantity of food. The bar/pool staff do not attend to the sunbeds regularly enough which is odd considering drinks have to be paid for whereas at Ikos which is all inclusive the staff were attending very often. Our final bill had mini bar charges on it which we did not use....i think they just add them on and hope guests do not check the bill thoroughly. The shower water was not hot enough. The room was cold even without the AC on There should be more Dine Around restaurants

Titel: Schöner Strand, aber enttäuschende Vollpension und fragwürdige Extras Bewertung: ★★★☆☆ (3 von 5) Der Strand war wirklich traumhaft – sauber, ruhig, perfekte 9 von 10 Punkten. Beim Essen hingegen waren wir enttäuscht. Wir hatten Vollpension gebucht, mussten aber bei fast jedem Mittag- und Abendessen zusätzlich zahlen – teilweise bis zur Hälfte des Gesamtpreises. Es war nirgends klar ersichtlich, was in der Vollpension enthalten ist und was extra kostet. Auf den Karten fehlten teilweise sogar die Preise. Besonders negativ fiel uns die Praxis rund ums Wasser auf: In den Buffetrestaurants wurde man zum Tisch begleitet, und sofort wurde Wasser eingeschenkt – eine 1-Liter-Flasche kostet 8 bis 10 Euro. Man wurde so oft gefragt, ob man noch eine will, dass man kaum unter zwei Flaschen davonkam. Das wirkte auf uns aufgesetzt und fast schon manipulativ. Die Zimmer waren modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, aber die Hygiene war nicht auf dem erwarteten Niveau: Matratzen und Bettlaken waren für den Preis maximal 6 von 10 Punkten wert.
