Brand new luxury resort
The thing is that despite it is targeted towards children the playground is just a climbing dino for big children only. Also, all the pools for the children are in plain sun, no shadow or trees. When I went to kids club 2 times, there were no animators or activities.
The value for money is not that great but it’s kind of understandable. The sofa in our apartment was awful
It’s not that bad but I expected more honestly

Hotel had a very nice beach and we enjoyed sea. We liked how garden is decorated. There was sufficient parking place.
Hotel is more suitable for families with children; even though we reserved september so that it would be more silent, it was opposite. I didn’t like that we had to return towel to take back towel card, you can imagine how many hands touch the same card as it changes every day. Also, people reserve beds at beach early even though they are not around so ee couldn’t enjoy the front row or we had to sacrifice from sleep. Couch at our room was broken. Lastly cleaning was nt done properly.

Just in front of the beach! That’s the best thing about this hotel. And Kyma restaurant serves excellent food. Very clean.
Some staff were less attentive when it’s very busy. For a quick medical assistance, just to treat a small cut on the skin, they just gave us a solution and some cotton wool to clean it by ourselves, didn’t have plasters. Thought it was poor response.

We had a wonderful family stay at Ammoa Resort in Halkidiki. What really stood out to us – beyond the beautiful setting – was the amazing people. The Guest Relations team was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring, always one step ahead to make sure we had everything we needed.
The whole staff, from the restaurant and housekeeping to the beach team, made us feel so welcome and comfortable every single day. There was always a smile, a helping hand, and a great attitude.
We’re leaving with great memories and already talking about coming back for next year.
Nothing actually, totally perfect and beyond our imagination

A good hotel. Big rooms, clean with good view.
Good service. The staff tries hard even in the circumstance of a seasonal hotel.
The beach is good and clean, but the area of umbrellas and sunbeds I think is insufficient for a full hotel. It is compensated by the nearby pools to the hotel. One of the best beaches in the developed area.
The food is good, varied but the same every day. I don't know why Booking doesn't offer dinner as well. There is an option to upgrade, which is good. There is no other option nearby. The restaurant is clean and huge, but with many people it is terribly noisy.
I don't have anything in particular that has irritated me.

Great hotel, beautiful amenities, kind staff, lovely beach, delicious food, good spa, group classes were also excellent! Emilio’s one great guy who helped us with the luggage and has always smile on his face!
First day the room was not so clean, but they had a lot of rooms to clean this day so we called the reception and they had cleaned it again later and everything was perfect. Also Kyma restaurant everything was delicious but on lunch time we asked if they had soup and they offered us fish soup. We have waited more than 40 minutes for the soup because they did it for us which was nice but they had to inform us that we have to wait because we was with a baby. Also we paid 50 € for two soups.

To start with, we received a complimentary room upgrade to the most luxurious room in the complex, which greatly improved the overall impression. The complex is spacious, so there isn’t an overwhelming feeling of being crowded even when the hotel is full. The hotel beach is very good.
What we didn’t like was that at certain moments, the staff seemed confused about their responsibilities, and the staff needs to be much better for a 5-star hotel.

The location is great. The facility is on the same range. There are more generous spaces for relaxing, with very nice landscape. The room with a private pool offered us a very pleasant stay, as well.
Appreciating once again all the positive thinks, I would recommend some improvement, as follow:
- entertainment: more activities, more evening events (e.g. Greek music& dancing night, karaoke etc)
- breakfast: very diversified, covering most of tastes! However, some suggestions: sausages and creamwurts every morning it's ok, but not the same! You can diversify them. Also, you can move some salads (e.g. eggplant salad) from dinner to breakfast
- cleaning: it is very clear that here it's a huge room for improvement! The current cleaning team is doing its job as much as they are trained for. But it's not enough; the important thing is who is checking their job and how. As an example: few days ago, the hired company was in location for cleaning all the glass parapets (I think you pay them not only for the quantity they clean); looking only on the main restaurant external parapets, you can easily observe the (non) quality of their work.

+ amazing facility / location. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beach is beautiful, and the resort is brand new, well and nicely decorated
+ staff very nice and friendly
+ rooms with pool are well worth it
- service isn’t always up to the standard (beach wasn’t always cleaned and there was no service on the beach for several days). The staff makes it up for it by being very nice and helpful, but there is some work to do.

Solid beach.
We booked a prestige bungalow with sea view but we had no sea view - see photo. Management has no experience with running a 5 star establishment. Non responsive and not taking an interest outside having coffees in their office, which you can easily check passing the reception area. Pool area remains packed with dirty glasses and ashtrays from the night before. Plenty of sand in the pool day after day. Children are supposedly not allowed in the spa but it is actually just on paper - the spa is reduced to a kid's playground, they jump in and out of the saunas and run around freely. Room cleaning service very superficial, leave dirty glasses on the mini bar. Noisy guests who upset otherwise relaxing ambience are fully tolerated, do not expect peace and quiet anywhere. Food in the restaurant in majority part is exactly the same every day and not labelled, so you have no idea what are the ingredients. Staff completely unknowledgeable in drinks or wine, often unpresentable and in wrinkled shirts. Bring wrong bottles without excuse. To improve, this hotel definitely needs a new manager with proper experience, one who takes a walk around to see what is actually happening in the hotel. English poorly spoken outside reception. This is a four star at best, but again 5 stars are very easily awarded there.

Pros:
- Excellent hotel amenities, spacious rooms, and comfortable common areas
- Beautiful beach, well-maintained surrounding areas and gardens
- Excellent guest relations service (Dimitra is going above and beyond to answer guest requests and proactively seeks feedback from the guests)
Cons:
- Restaurant service does not correspond to a premium 5-star experience
- Lack of experienced F&B personnel is obvious, but important to say the hotel is well-aware of the problem and working on it

Great new resort with a sandy beach location. 2 bedroom sunset pavillion with private pool, was spacious, modern and comfortable, with fab airconditioning. Lovely setting overlooking gardens and the sea. All staff were helpful and friendly and the bar and beach staff were great. Loads of space around the pools and plenty of sunbeds on the beach. Buffet style meals for breakfast and dinner were good, plenty of choice. The gym was well equipped with space to do free workouts too. Athena was lovely and we did the pilates and yogapilates classes with her most mornings. Thank you also to Evgenia in concierge, who organised transfers, a fabulous day out on a sailing boat and dinner reservations for us. Overall a very relaxed vibe for a family holiday and good cocktails.
The room was not ready at check in time and because we had arrived at lunchtime, had 3 hours to sit around. Our room only got cleaned and made up towards 6pm daily. 6 coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room, were not replenished at all the whole week . So 2 adults are good for 3 mornings of coffee and then nothing. I understand that you could go and purchase more coffee pods, but at a 5 star resort you would like to think that replacing that sort of thing is not too much. A suggestion of a small sachet of longlife milk in the fridge for the tea/coffee making room facilities. The buffet food and pool bar food was nice, but needs refinement for a 5 star establishment.

Luxury as needed and so peaceful and private
There is one alacarte restaurant which does not meet the standards of the hotel. Lack of experienced staff at the restaurant. Very limited breakfast menu.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful and luxurious, it has a great beach with crystal clear water, great sun beds. Staff was nice and friendly. The food was good and delicious, maybe a bigger variety will be good. Our bungalow was large and spacious, great for families.
Cleanliness wasn’t at high level for a 5* hotel. First three days they were coming either at 8 am while we were still sleeping or at the afternoon when the kids were napping even after we spoke with the reception. The floor was always dirty even right after cleaning the room, they just mopped it without first sweeping it from the sand, hair and etc. There wasn’t enough facilities and entertainment for children even though the property was huge and there is enough space for that. Playground was more suitable for bigger children and the swings needed to be greased. I didn’t see any evening entertainment for children outside.

Excellent location
The hotel’s services are not of the level of a resort .
Despite the laudable efforts of the staff of the hotel, there is a need for a different approach in organising and management by the administration.
The value of the price does not comply with the services that are provided.

The beach.
The room was not clean as well as the hallways in the hotel. There were not enough staff to run the hotel efficiently. The food was overpriced and not of great quality. It is sad because it is such a beautiful location.
