Amazing!
Our stay at Kappa Resort was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality — always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views. The food was simply delicious — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return.

Perfect personnel with a cozy location, delicious food and a nice view!
Very clean place with a magical view from the restaurant. The staff couldn't be more friendly and they also have live music experience once a week, making the dinners even more magical. Make sure to pass by the bar where you can order the perfect cocktails! Maria, you are incredible!!! :)
The food was perfect, although you have a limited choice if you had paid for half board and some of the options in the menu were with additional payment. The sand is rocky, so make sure you have swimming shoes, because it can be pretty tricky to go in and out of the water.

beautiful
I loved the privacy, the spaciousness of the villa, the pool, and the comfort of having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was clean, and the staff was polite. There is a private beach with included sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach had pebbles and was very rocky inside the water, though the water itself was very clean. The villas are located a little uphill, which was not a problem for us, but if you have physical difficulties, small carts are always available to take you up from the beach. The property is located in the middle of greenery and forest, in a calm and peaceful place. Perfect for Relaxing, which is what we wanted.
During the first two days, there was very loud music from a private villa next to the resort. I understand it wasn’t the resort’s fault, but considering the price for a luxury villa and the expectation of rest, it was disappointing. The music was extremely loud until 3 a.m. due to a birthday party, and the following day there was loud music and karaoke from another villa nearby. So, be aware that the resort is surrounded by other villas and is not completely separated. On the last three days of our stay, there were machines working right in front of our villa, building what seemed to be another resort. Because of this, we didn’t have quiet mornings until around 2–3 p.m., which was really annoying. Again, this is not directly the resort’s fault, but I wanted to mention it so that future guests are aware this can happen, even though you are paying for a getaway far from the cities to relax. I also must mention that the kitchen was very very basic for this kind of luxury villa. There was literally only one small pot, and since we were a family of four, we had to boil twice just to make pasta. There was not even a dish rack for drying. So, if you plan to cook a bit more, I recommend bringing some extra essentials and pots with you.

Need to be half goat to stay there. Have to have car or you are trapped. Food was mediocre. Too hilly.
Too hilly. Too isolated and remote. Pool was plastic liner-very cheap. No beach. Just rock.

Gourmet Mediterranean Dining to Remember
Dinner at the on-site Kappa Restaurant was the highlight of our evening—creative Mediterranean dishes, fresh seafood, and a curated wine list that showcased local Halkidiki vintages. The amphitheatrical setting, under stars, made it feel magical.

Wellness and Fitness
Our stay was the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. We joined the daily yoga sessions by the shared pool, where the serene atmosphere and the sound of the waves in the distance set the tone for mindful morning. We also booked private fitness sessions with a knowledgeable instructor who tailored the workouts to our level—challenging yet enjoyable. The hillside location offered breathtaking views and refreshing sea breezes that made yoga session feel even more special. Our room was equally impressive—spacious, modern, and spotless, with a balcony overlooking the coast. It was the ideal retreat to unwind after our active day. We couldn’t have asked for a better wellness-focused getaway.
