Location, garden, privacy, enough space
No housekeeping service, no regular garbage collection, outdated kids facilities in the garden, outdated amenities and furniture, for such amount you expect more professional service and regular cleaning.

Owner was very good and very helpful, the flat is really good and have everything you need as a family from space to comfort and quite, location in very quite area and has a public beach 800 meters away and Nikiti 6 mins by the car, also you can reach to many beautiful beaches by the car in max 10 mins also the pool and grill was great.

The quietness was alright i guess.
Well, here are alot to say about the property. Inside the doors won t close normally just if you locked it. In the toilet there’s a problem with the sink and the shower. After you let the water pour, it will come out the drain thats in the middle of the toilet. The shower head its broken and it pours water everywhere. After one shower the toilet looks like its been flooded. The pool was a little bit dirty at the bottom. One important thing that didn’t work was the internet… didn’t work at any time..
