Great family-friendly house

Greatly furnished, comfortable. The garden is awesome with children's equipment, parking is at the premises. About 1/2km to the beach as advertised.

It was a basement apartment, perhaps a little over-decorated. There are obviously more apartments with only one being the basement, but we won the jackpot. The 24hr check-in works, but someone has to come in person (doesn't live there). However can be arranged. I got no response from the Booking request, but calling the provided number worked.

Nice apartment, well equiped with all facilities for a holiday by the sea. Excellent cleaning service. The host was very nice and helpful.

There was only one air condition device installed in the leaving room, so in the bedroom was quite hot.

Big and clean, but no air conditioning in the bedroom

The apartment was big and clean, the kitchen had everything you would need and the terrace is gorgeous. We had al we needed for our baby too. The yard is beautiful too. Walk to the beach is ok when it's not midday because shade does not exist anywhere.

Bedroom has no air conditioning so we had to transfer to sleep in the living room in the middle of the night on a couch. This was ok for one night but would not be acceptable for longer stay.

Very beautiful location, with all you need for a family, close to the beach and stores. The host was very nice and helped us with recomandations where to eat and best beaches to visit.

Hosts were very nice and friendly. There is a playground where kids can have some fun and a nice sitting area with few sunbeds where you can hang out. It is perfect that it has a parking that is provided by the property because I expect that during the peak of the season it could be a challenging thing to find a parking on the street.

the owner is very friendly, she helped always. we been 2 nights but the appartment is very good, maybe not for a larg family (5 persons) like us but inside you can find everything for a short holiday in Nikiti

Great appartmant, newly renovated, fully equipped, very pleasent host.

Host is very pleasent and friendly, we felt like we are at cousants. Appartmant is clean and have very good equpment (owen, big fridgirator, big size tv ~55" with even netflix account, washing mashine). Very spacious rooms and balcony. In front of house is parking in yard of owner (not on the street). Garden in the back looks great and have great ambient. Apparment have own enterance from backyard which is mouch better. Fast access to main road, and supermarkets.

Beds in the living room are sofa beds and not to comfy for longer stay. Internet is not great, and wifi sometimes drops
